Why well-known schools are better?
Of course because of their quality. If you are gonna say those schools and other's aren't so different but those only cost more, that's bs, or you are just jealous that you can't get in those schools.
Both undergrad and Grad, especially for Grad, if you wanna put extra time and money for your education, do it right. Save extra money, do extra study and go where your effors would be well respected.

Ghost, go to a school you can proudly say you go there. Yes where you go to school DOES matter, if you wanna be successful in the society...
By the way I go to Wharton.

There's CUNY school in New York City that is very good for asians...it's called Baruch College School of Business, it's well respected and it only costs 5k a year!!!!....all those others are just name brand schools for people into names and stuff like that (is any wonder why the asian community is so damn divided?) like BMW, TagHauer or whatever makes people superficially cream in their pants...remember the golden rule, it's not the school you go to it's the person who goes to the school...besides i highly doubt all these elite Grad School grads ever give back to their community do they? Maybe you guys should think about that more than thinking about how much $$ you're gonna make or the nice car/big house you're gonna own. Give Back To Your Community! this is the only way that all asian americans can overcome prejudice and racism in America. Remember when the shit hits the fan are THEY really gonna care which school you went to? something to think about gents...over and outta here.

Ghost Writer NYC-Biz School Grad (I'm not gonna say where cuz it just doesn't matter)

About rankings....most biz school rankings are based on alumni giving back rate....not how good the school is...sorry folks... maybe wharton or harvard isn't the best...but instead people who go there are already rich so they can start giving back early...hey, most people who go there just take over their dad's company so of course they're going to have a higher income!
