Adoptive Father: Facing Discrimination for Adopting Vietnamese Children

y Director is an American Vietnam War hero. I adopted 2 Vietnamese children and since this I have been overlooked 2 times for advancement. Today my supervisor's position was eliminated. But since he is one of the GOOD OLD BOYS, they are demoting one the leads and putting him in her position.
Now, I live in Florida a Rite To Work State,or as we call it a right to fire state. This woman is going to pull the female discrimination card,she is a lesbian, and is going to Human Resources.
That will make them back down on her, but put me in the hot seat. I feel because of my children I will get demoted. Can any one give me insight on this.
I am a 40 year old white male.
