AA MEN SEEK OUT NON-ASIAN WOMEN

sian women are only interested in non-Asian men and don't give Asian men the time of day. That's the reason cited by many AA men for dating and marrying non-Asians. A minority of AA men say they simply find non-Asian women more physically attractive or more appealing in terms of personality, values and interests. Whatever the reasons, the rates at which young Asian men are dating and marrying non-Asian women are quickly approaching the rates at which Asian women are outdating and outmarrying (about 38%). Some Asian women are complaining that they aren't getting a fair shake because Asian men have been brainwashed by media standards of desirability.
     What are the real reasons for so many Asian men seeking out non-Asian women? How do Asian women really feel about this trend? Who benefits most from it? Will the trend continue? We want to hear your views.
There are beautiful and intelligent girls for every ethnicity. I dated white women because of the added respect accorded to me by the public, and the added danger (my parents don't want her around, and her dad was a POW during Vietnam). Dating Asian girls only gives me access to one segment of the population, and we tend not to do risky things together. However, ultimately I will marry a Chinese girl because that's the way it's supposed to be and is the best for child, unless my wife is Mira Sorvino who speaks fluent Mandarin.

The earth is one big comunity, or should be anyway. There is An old folk- tale my grandmother (native American) used to tell me. She said "The Great Spirit gave evrey race an eliment.
He gave the brown man earth. And he reeped and worked the earth, and prospered. He gave the black man the eliment of water. For strength,endurance and the ablity to be cool tempered under panicy situations & bad times.
He gave the white man fire, and that is why the white man allways seemed to try to concor and dominate. He gave the asian pepole the wind.
And they listened to it and became wise.
And that is why asian pepoles seem to have an art or science for doing everything.
But only when all these eliments are combined will we have a superior race of human beings. Void of ignorance,hate or fear."
I know it is just an old folk-tale, but I like the general Idea of world harmony. But I know it is also important to prserve culture & heritage.
In closing I don't think that the Asian American comunity has anything to worry about. America is a mixing pot. A cultural stew. That is the very essance of our America. Pepole (even in groups or comunities) put into that situation are of corse going to explore the attributes romantic or otherwise of the other cultures around them.
By design or accident that is human nature.

I remember my grandma (who was from Hong Kong) told me to never marry a woman from Hong Kong. At the time, I thought she was nuts. Being older and wiser now, it began to make sense. I've watched some of those shows and movies where the asian women whines incessantly. Pass me the earplugs. The non-asian women will be more appealing.

White girls feel like white men are boring, one-dimensional, football-watching, beer-guzzling, academically-challenged, yellow-fevered, genocidal, sociopaths who treat women like they do their sports bar buddies rather than like Asian men who are polite, learned, and respectful, not to mention family-oriented and crazy in bed. No wonder more of them are getting over their media-brainwashing (by white men, of course) and seeing Asian men for what they really are rather than as what the insecure white man has tried to portray them as. White posters on this board posing as sensitive "i love asian women for their personality not because i've watched too many ally mcbeal reruns" are truly laughable because their front is so transparent.

I'd personally think twice before going halfway around the world to find a girl in a former Soviet backwater. Yes, the Islamic countries of the former USSR have very attractive girls with great Eurasian features -- IMO they are even better than west European blondes and the best east Asian girls. Among Chinese guys, you're not alone in your fascination with Central Asian women. But I always get this funny feeling that the attraction has something to do with the perception that these women are not modern and liberated like their counterparts elsewhere in the world. Classic Oriental submissiveness in an Occidental female figure -- that probably kills Asian guys. I'm speaking from my own experience, because I had my own phase of enthrallment with the "Persian princess" type.

Yeah, the girls from that part of the world are hot. In fact, all Russians admit that the most beautiful women come from those regions. Traditionally, the Ottoman Turkish and Persian sultans would raid those areas for the famed "Circassian beauties." They are not as fat or as blonde as the typical Slavic women. The beauty lies in their unique nose shape and the sparkle in those bright eyes. If you can find a girl from that place, consider yourself the most luckiest man in this world.

Get a traditional chinese wife who will let you have a Dagestani mistress. There problem solved, you will have fidelity to your parents, the wife will have your money, the male child will have your family name, and the mistress will get your love. Unless you're poor, then you will be stuck in your situation.

The way to talk about your situation makes me believe you've been in USA too long.

"There are no arranged or blind marriages and dating in the Chinese community" - what are you talking about. There are still arrange marriage in the Chinese community. Match makers (red mistress) are all over in China, Taiwan, and HK.

"Love is not a game" - There are many male players in the USA that would disagree. And sexual encounters are a why to keep score in this game.

I know A TON of Asian guys who treat their women with respect and only have to turn on one of the cheesy Judge Shows, Jerry Springer or some other talk show to find a piece of White Trash like yourself treating his woman like a slave/maid/servant/fill in your own denegration here.

It's because of attitudes like yours that my wife, who is Asian American, and I have encountered a number of not so happy Asian American men who presume automatically that she's a lost sister and that I'm having some kind of superiority complex.

You don't deserve ANY woman, Asian or Otherwise with your nasty attitude. And by the way, Paula Zahn has a horse-face!
