Editorial Policy on Reader Posts
To preserve a quality editorial environment throughout GoldSea, including in all interactive areas, our editors review all posts. This may result in a posting lag ranging from a few hours to a day or more.
We welcome posts that promote a vigorous and intellectually stimulating exchange of experiences, perspectives and knowledge.
We omit, delete or edit at our sole discretion posts that:
- promote hatred;
- use obscene or needlessly offensive language;
- libel persons, companies or other identifiable entities;
- infringe copyrights;
- promote or advertise;
- repeat earlier posts;
- sow confusion or disrupt meaningful discussion; or
- lack interest for an Asian American audience.
DO NOT USE ALL-CAPS. Posts that do will be changed to all lower-case!
Posters who violate our policy may be blocked from participation without advance warning. Where appropriate a violator's IP address may also be referred to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
We neither publish nor respond to posts questioning exercises of our editorial discretion. --Ed.
