It seems to me that Asians are better at getting along with whites than other minority groups. Or is this just a stereotype. If it is true than why?.

I think it is based on your behaviors/manners/work ethics.. etc.. and what kind of environment you are at. Most of the Asians are work harder and better educated than other minority groups. People will like the person who help/support them. They will hate you if you give them trouble. That is the nature.

I do agree that Asians are generally more educated than other racial groups, but I do not agree that they are more hardworking than other groups.

However, my experience has been with things being equal (college educated/hardworking/ good persona) Asians have an easier time integrating into white society than other minorities. Perhaps white people don't see Asians as a threat since the population is small. The Asian family in my neighborhood does not quite get the stare down that I receive. I temper this opinion with "looking from the outside in.?

Well, with my experience; Asians in my area are both easy-going and polite to everyone, especially the younger generation.
