Coincidence? Kind of reminds of the law passed in the mid 1800's that said Asians could never testify against a white person in court. (But Asians do have a history of fighting racial inequalities thru using America's legal system ---especially when it came to "equal education" and citizenship rights.) Asians (and Asian Americans) have not traditionally taken things as they are dealt out; we have been fighters and we have been successful!
