Complaint:
On December 28th approx 11:45p, I entered the place of business of Mr. James Jang. I went to use the automated account machine. Mr. Jang impeded my usage and began handling the transcation himself. He "jumed" in front of me, and began inputing sensitive information into the machine. Moreover, I had not request the assistance of Mr. Jang. He was hostile and "hurried" and very arrogant. He pretty much wanted me to "hurry" out of the business and was very impolite. Sadly, I find this sort of candor quite common, with Chinese and Korean proprietors, who do business in Latino and Black communities. I would like this matter to be followed up and on record about this establishment. I am also forwarding this to the NAACP and well as the Urban League.
