Asian Dominatrix and Matt Richardson: All I can say is wow! As an AM (have posted many times on the AM/WF board, but the first time here for obvious reasons…), you two have really made some strong statements about AF’s dating WM’s. I don’t entirely agree, but I think that you’re closer to the truth than most AF’s would care to believe.
I’ve been living out in the Bay area for about three years now, and I can’t tell you how many AF’s I run into who ONLY date WM’s as if their own kind wasn’t good enough. I can understand that happening if you grew up in an area like I did, where it was 95% white... But out around SF, the Asian population is anywhere from 10 – 40% depending on the area… It truly saddened me to hear your friend’s comment about about being thankful that her child would not have “ch**kie” features, it’s a word I find so distasteful and for an AF to use it smacks of terribly low self-esteem and self-loathing… But that’s what happens when you live in the US and you’re bombarded with the images of what beauty is and what you should look like. Most people would prefer to fit in rather than stand out as an individual, so many (AF’s included) succumb to this type of constant pressure...
But Matt, understand that as much as this trait of only dating WM’s is less than rare in AF’s, there are more than a few WM’s who are more than happy to take advantage of the situation. I know many WM’s who chase after only AF’s for a variety of reasons and I sometimes wonder if it’s just because they find WF’s intimidating. I don’t believe you’re one of them but I hope that when you do meet AF’s in the future, you judge them as individuals and give her a chance as a potential romantic prospect.
Asian Dominatrix, I’ve popped in and out of the AF/WM board from time to time and it always seems like you’re taking flak from somebody for your viewpoint! Kudos to you for not backing down and saying what you think, the whole IR dating can get very complicated but you always seem to have valid points and well-thought out arguments. I am really stunned by both of your posts, never thought I would see somebody say (or post) what I’ve often thought to myself...

I know this sounds corny, but are there any AF/AAF who want to do the e-mail pen pal thing?
Just looking for someone to correspond with who has a mind of her own who uses it well, reads a lot and interested in corresponding with a complete stranger in Colorado based on a three paragraph note.
If you're cynical and in your 30s or 40s, even better. But I'm not picky.

BUTTERFLY: I like them all colors and sizes - mostly it's the mind that counts, though I'd be lying if I said looks don't matter.
I can't be attracted to a woman - Asian or not - if she's not intelligent and doesn't have a sense of humor.

As a White male, I choose to date AFs and not WFs for many reasons:
WFs are not as smart as AFs
WFs smell bad compared to AFs
WFs don't age as well as AFs
WFs are lame in bed while AFs are sexy
WFs are too neurotic while AFs are more stable and sensible
WFs are excessively hirsuite while AFs are not
WFs are too greedy while AFs are more generous
WFs are too much like my sister while AFs are very, very different and so much better.
I just LOVE Asian women and wouldn't date anything but Asian women.

I recently looked up the term fetish in the dictionary. It roughly states that it is the love of an inanimate object. So, for all of you who say that white men who date asiatic women have fetishes, what exactly are you saying? Are you saying that asiatic women are not real? Get a clue, no wonder they are drawn towards white men.
The truth is most asian women can find a better life in the United States. They should not disfigure themselves as a sign of reciprocation.
Not all men are looking for the woman with large breasts...
And whites can have epicanthic folds as well. I have seen them...
And as you all know Albi(yes) can be of any race.

Butterfly:
To me the coloring, height and shape are not important as long as the woman is physically healthy (not overweight or underweight, having a skin disease, etc.), and emotionally stable.
Asian women of various colorings, heights and builds can be sexy IF they carry themselves with confidence, dignity and are not ashamed of their Asian heritage and have good self-esteem.
