Personally, I'm kind of curious about fake boobs. Never had the privilege to squeeze a set of those yet.
Anyway, what do you mean by "be with a woman"? Do you mean a one night thing? A longer term thing?
To me, if it pleases my eyes, then yes I would "be" with a woman. If the surgery in question was a liposuction, though, I don't know that I would be with that person a long enough to see them balloon again...

Whenever I see a girl I like, I automatically imagine how her face would look like if I were making her moan with pleasure. I don't know why I do that. :-o I'm a face guy.

If a women wants to alter her body because of a deformity that's ok to me, but with regards to plastic surgery to increase her breast size or whatever when she's looks ok... I think that's superficial. I say don't go overboard. If it makes her feel complete about herself then all is well, but not for attention.
2. I like the the body more, however she has to have some beauty. Ugly is within the soul. Rarely will you see a women with a body that's mouth-watering with a hideous face. You can see a curvy body farther than a beautiful face. The hour glass shape wins out for me.
