I am also a Filipina dating a Texan born Mexican decent for over a yr . I also never sought to date Latin men actually my boyfriend is the first Latino I have dated . I am used to dating White men for some reason & then I meet my boyfriend who I wouldn't trade for anything at all & also I got lucky finding a guy like him with the qualities that is really hard to find in a person especially in dating nowadays .
My boyfriend is very smart , handsome , also goal orientated , respectful ect ect . He knows how to treat a women coz he is an only boy & middle child with an older sister & a younger sister & his mom ( like my family my elder sister middle brother myself & my parents ) , so he has been taught to respect & have manners when it comes to women .
Generalization of Latino men being " players " is full of crap it . Doesn't matter what race you or socioeconomic you are there will always be a
" player " it is not just one race .

I'm an AF. I've never had an interest in Latinos before, however a couple months ago I met a guy who is half-Spanish. Just looking at this guy makes me weak at the knees. He's manly, sensitive, charasmatic and an absolute GENIUS in bed. Anything else I have to say would be x-rated.......

What the hell? I'm not giving up on anyone lol, that's why I am here. I want to learn about Asians and the whole Asian-American experience because it's interesting to me. I also want people here to learn more about Latinos since we are all going to have to learn to live together, hopefully in peace. Hell, Asians and Hispanics are practically neighbors everywhere we are situated in the US. I don't think it is all coincidental. I think we have a lot in common and feel relatively comfortable around each other for the most part. So let's try to make the best of it.
Besides, I’ve been married to an AF for so long I couldn't give up if I tried lol. Even though my wife thinks I'm an idiot for wasting time here I still feel like I can learn things that will help us relate to our kids. Thanks for the positive post "Asian Female Loves Latino Men" and I hope you have a great wedding. If your future husband ever gives you any trouble, or gets out of line, do what any self-respecting Latina would do: show him a big pair of scissors and then tell him to re-evaluate his position. That will quiet him down real quick, you'll win every argument you ever have with him J/K.
You two are going to do fine and have a bright future ahead. I hope your lives are filled with happiness and many good times to come.

I notice that too, i think it has a lot to do with attitude, for example my personal experience is that white girls were nicer to me than asian girls, well this vacation was very short, and was a family vacation type, not a friends vacation type, so i didnt have the time to get to know a girl properly, but white girls struck me like more confident and like the know how to get around.. i talk more with them, laught and have a good time, i tried to talk to one asian girl in a disco, but she wasnt to eager for it, and then this white girl start hitting on me.. so i just lose any interest that i had in the asian girl and start talking with the blond one. I think there are two options here, 1) white girls are more confident in themselves and like latins guys, or 2) asian girls may be confidents, but dont have much interest in us latin guys.
I think is a ashame, i think asian girls are atracitve, i actually saw this one asian girl that was STUNNING, but i have to admit that i feel more confident and comfortable with white girls than with asian, i think is a cultural thing,.... Well is just my opinion
