I agree with you, there is way too much bickering going on! I am an African American woman, and have often wondered do Asian Men really find Black women attractive? I was in Barnes & Nobles one day and this Asian man told me I was beautiful...believe me it was a shock. I was so shocked because Asian men are just not known for that type of thing. Do you and your friends find Black women attractive?

Although the asian male black female thing is nothing new to me i still have my questions.
If there are any korean guys that post here could you give me an honest opinion on how korean guys view black women?

I really don't see how its possible that "disturbed black woman/vanillavixen" could be a white woman or anything other than black. She gets straight to the point and to the heart of some of the feelings and the thoughts that go through black women. I applaud you greatly for writing that. It really has made me think twice now about how i carry myself. I am for the most point conservative.When it comes to any man regardless of race I always think about the whole picture and not just my tiny view.
Someone should write a book about this!

asian guys are the sweetest people...(not meaning to generalize) but the guys i have come across are sweet hearts. i would date an asian man, the problem is, i guess, is we don't usually travel in the same circles.

I have been reading these messages on this board...and I don't think the topic was Black women disrespecting themselves in the privacies of their bedroom. The subject is there an attraction between Black women and Asian men. I am an attractive Black woman (it's people tell me :-))and I often find other races looking and smiling at me, but they rarely approach. I often hear that other races are intimadated by Black women, is this a true statement?
