First time dating an asian guy. I find him to be a decent and moral human being. He knows how to be romantic and thoughtful. :)hope that lasts. Caucasian girls should give asian guys a chance. I am not going back.....

It seems that as a white woman who thinks Asian men are VERY desireable, I am in the minority. I have never dated one, but many of my friends, both male and female, are Asian. I generally find Asian men and White men at approximately the same attractiveness level, though I would rather date an Asian man now because I have never experienced that and would like to date other than whites.

well. actually, guys are all same regardless of their race. there may be some cultural diffrences between each ethnic group, however , I suppose it is more like a matter of personality and upbringing of each individual than ethnicity.
Did American media ever potray AM positive? Good! . I did not read that article but you know basically all articles in Newspapers and Magazines are reflections of reporters' subjective point of view . it will be better not to rely on those collective judgement.
why don't you try to find Asian guys around you instead of simply believing the articles. Experiencing is very important you know

Am (24) from Down Under you are quite right. In an age and a society (the U S of A) where everything on the boob tube so emphasizes the "Ideal" as blonde and blue eyed and all else as secondary in status an AM/WF Hollywood coupling would do wonders for mainstreaming such pairings as if such an imprimatur is deemed necessary.

a white female named ms heavy panting came here and describes a hot encounter with an asian member here, and instead of taking up her challenge, even in jest, he backs up and starts sucking his thumb in fear. it makes him uncomfortable he says, only in private he says. if that comment were made to a white guy or even a black guy they would have came up with something more clever, more macho. no wonder they get all the white women. punking out is not going to erase the lame ass wimpy asian guy image. i think most white females hit on the wrong asian guys and think we're all geeks afraid of sexuality. of course when they hit on me, i prove them wrong. in public and in the bedroom!

Just curious, but culturally, are Bosnian Muslims Slavic or Turkic? I'm bringing this up because I noticed some similarity between Hungarian language & Manchu, & want to know more about Asiatic influence in Eastern Europe.
I think when it comes to tolerance of cultural diversity Eastern Europeans societies might appear less "enlightened" than American & West European ones; however, when the initial barrier is overcome (e.g.: bring them to the US), the similarity between Eastern European & Asiatic cultures & values almost invariably bring about greater affinity toward one another.
