It seems Indians are more accepting of blacks as partners than other Asians. Didn't they intermix freely in South Africa and the Carribean?

It really has nothing to do with any of us personally. If you really care for someone then you should not worry so much what everyone else thinks. Personally, I have no problem with interracial. If an Indian wants to date otherwise then it is his/her preference to do. I do not date other than indian, but I feel there is not a problem for someone else's preference.

-i have seen a hmong girl do indian dances at a lot of our cultural shows, now i know that there are people who talk, but because she has such talent most people are accepting and dumbfounded. I think when it comes down to it, regardless of race, if you have talent your going to find acceptance.

I play the darbuka (Arabic drum). Arab people who have seen me play, like it and wish I play more. I eat at Lebanese restaurants and the Arab people do not give me nasty stares.

If I try to play tabla and eat at Indian tandoori places, would I get the same treatment as I did with Arab hospitality towards Chinese and East Asians?

Please tell me, my Indian friends? Would I feel welcomed? If I want to know and go out with an Indian girl, how would you guys take it?

I do not visit this site too often. Every once in a blue moon. As an indian woman I was very insulted and angry to see this statement. I have never before wanted to be a white person. You obviously know nothing about us and do not have the right to make assumptions like that. From what I have gathered in reading your previous statements, you need to check yourself. I think you have some sort of conflicting racial issues with wanting to be an arab person.

I'm neither a fan of the japanese. But comparing someone with germans is really derogatory. japanese are polite and never loud. germans attack everyone wihtout a reason. Even if you rip their tongues out germans remain one of the loudest people.

japanese have copied german stuff, but be glad that japanese won't ever understand what they recite or copy. So I don't understand why some people hate japanese. They're just people who imitate robots.

I never once have wished to be Caucasian ever in my life. It sounds like your fantasy is just that.

And that is supposed to be a tragedy? I do not care who laughs at or accepts me. I do not care to be accepted by White and I do not care to be a White man. I never have. I am pleased with my culture, my skin and who I am as human being. Perhaps you should take another look in the mirror and see that you are the one who is unhappy with your Chineseness. You would probably jump at the chance to be White for a day, instead of Chinese. So sad for you. I do not hate you or other Chinese, because I feel sorry for you.

it happens you REALLY need to stop with that "indians wanna be white" shiet, cause that by no means is true, i have NO desire NONE!!! to be white, never ever have, never ever known one indian who wanted to be (I, being an indian have been around TONS more than you, so don't go telling me you know some).We have so much to be proud of there is no reason to claim the european culture, it pales in comparison to the indian culture, and that's nothing but the fact, at least in my opinion. I LOVE my culture and my race, wouldn't trade it for the world, and Batchu here is another example of that. Let's break some of the myths that have been thrown around here. Okay as a second generation Asian American with various mixed Asian blood I can already tell you that that's hardly true at all. In fact, many of my fellow Asian brothers live together in harmony. The only people that have problems with other Asian nationalities are people like you.

Especially since you claim Korean heritage, you should know how bad Kim Jong is ruining things up in N. Korea. Many Koreans also jump on boats as well. It's not a funny issue.
