i'm a chinese male who's in love with chinese females. i love the way they carry themself. they're smart and know what they want in life and dont always depend on men for everyting. thats a huge turn on for me. well right now, i dont think i should look for a chinese gf since i dont even know where my life is goin and im pretty sure chinese females dont want a loser. hopfully that will change and i will be able to find my own chinese girl to call my gf/wife. o yeah, another thing. i believe chinese female r one of the best lookin. korean girls are fine, but they pretty much all look the same.(round, flat face with slits for eyes.) chinese girls on the other hand are very different. some will have small eyes while other will have round ones. and some will have that cute high-forehead. so as for me, make my a chinese girl...a big body chinese girl that is!

I think Korean girls are fine because they are like Indian food: Exotic, good to have once in a while. As for a long term relationship, I'd go for Chinese because thats what I am. I think people tend to be attracted to someone that reflects some of their own self image. But we really shouldn't be speaking food metaphors about women...so I apologize.

I know of 2 Chinese guys here in the US married to Iranian-American women. They found love and commonalities with each other. And, must say they are very happy couples.

The Chinese poet man, Li Bai, once commented on the beauty of Iranian courtesan women dancing in the Tang China capital of Changan as "the wild houris and wide eyed beauties from the West."

So, my hubby said that Chinese men have always taken a liking to the beauty of Persian and Middle East women??? Well, he sure does.

I hear people say that the Chinese women of Suzhou (near Shanghai and Nanjing) are well reknown for their beauty? Hangzhou women are not bad either. Generally, women from this area in the coastal Yangtze region are very attractive. They are somewhat intermediate between northern and southern Han in terms of looks. Very beautiful.

It's sad to see not that many people participate in this post. I know sometimes it's discouraging when Chinese female play extremely "Hard to Get" and act like they the only female left on earth. Sometimes this is true, however I fail to believe not all Chinese female like that by instinct. In Chinese traditions, daughters are nurtured and trained in a way to take advantage of their beauty and youth as much as their age allows. This is especially true with Chinese females that have several brothers and no sisters. Anyway, I can go on and on and put up a case study. Nevertheless, I have faith in Chinese women that they are convinceable , I have faith in them that they are not into materials and riches, I have faith in them that they deserve loving as much as we chinese male deserve from them, and I have faith in her that one day she will realize I would do anything to see her eyes once more. Enough said. Good luck to all Chinese female/male seekers.

I think there are beautiful people in every race. You can't say that just that particular person of that race is ugly, and the whole race is ugly. Besides beauty is just in the eye of the beholder, its all in the personality. By the way, whoever said that Vietnamese females are prettier than Chinese females, I dissagree with that. Like I said, beauty comes in all races. And besides, I'm proud of my Chinese ladies, and I think they r very beautiful!

While I dated and later married a girl from Taiwan studying at the U of M.

Growing up in NYC, I guess I had an affinite to hang out with people who were basically oversea students. Most from Japan, HK, and Taiwan. There all knew each other from ESL classes.

Each group of oversea student of course had their own conceptions of what Americans would be like. But I will over generalized.

White - well the overseas wanted to know them. But the language barrier sometimes made it awkward and unless the whites had "yellow fever" they were too business doing their own thing in college. Most interacted with whites on a teacher-student language exchange basis. But some women pick up white boy friends that why, or visa versa.

Asian - I will assume you mean the other oversea students (FOB for lack of a better descriptions). Well they all have preconception of each other cultures. So most of them thought it was cool to meet other Japanese, HK, Taiwan student that wanted to study in the USA. Everyone though the Japanese would be the most open to sex....but after a few month I can honest say no one group beat the other group when it came to having sex on a college campus.

Asian America - ABC or Asian they been in America over 10 year prior to attending college. Well if the language skill or patience was enough for the AA to develop a relationship with the oversea student, then they conceive you no different then the white people. If you had the patience or the language skills then you could start the rapport with them and study together and what not.

Wow, this forum is so...popular. I have a question. Have any Asian Americans here dated someone from who had recently arrived in the U.S. (say, to go to college) from Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan? What were the person's attitude towards whites, Asians, and Asian Americans?
