Despite the racism of Koreans and Chinese have for each other on these boards, I have found out most Korean families in USA prefer their daughters' second choice to go out or marry with Chinese even more favorably compared to whites or Japanese boys. There is no real bad blood between Chinese and Koreans and the culture is fairly close. If Chinese guys want to marry out but stick with Asian race, then Korean girls are their best bet. You can actually keep and hand down the Chinese culture/identity to your kids as a Korean mom has no conflict with this type heritage and may be familiar with it more than white or other Asian girls. Watchout for some Korean girls with tempers though, but a real good Korean girl will push her husband to succeed in everything he strives for, whereas Chinese girls will only compliment you.

I work in a college cafeteria. Everytime this fine looking Korean girl comes in with her bunch of friends, she always gives me the looks. I tend to give her more fillings of coffee when she is there. I always catch her looking at me and into my eyes. She takes the bus, as she lives not too far from this college neighborhood. I do too. She once sat next to me on board that bus, even though there were plenty of empty seats up front. Now, is she trying to make a move or give me a chance? I wanted to say something that day but didn't have the nerves to. She fell asleep for awhile. When she awoke, she looked into my eyes again without blinking. I looked a long while and then looked elsewhere, not to make it look blunt. I knew I blew a chance that day.

Now, I bought a fine new car. She still takes the bus. Should I offer her a ride? (anyways, I learned how to say you are beautiful in Korean!).

She knows I am Chinese as she saw me hand out fliers on campus for the Chinese club activities. So, she can't think I'm Korean?

I spent a night out with some chinese people that my Chinese friend knows in LA (I'm Korean). Things were going okay until I mentioned that I was Korean. This one Chinese (I think Taiwanese) girl started freaking out (all eight of us were sitting at a really long table at a restaurant and she was sitting in front from me), going off about all the horror stories she had about Korean guys. She even went as far as saying the "All Koreans are psychos." Then she started mouthing off about all the tired sterotypes ("Korean guys, are sexists, they're violent", blah blah). NO JOKE. I thought "What a racist bitch!", but since everyone else at the table was Chinese, I kept my mouth shut.

I realize that Korean guys have a bad rep, but they are all blown out of proportion, like all stereotypes are (How about this one? "All Oriental girls are easy." Chinese girls would jump over everything to defend themselves against this stereotype, but they'll believe all this crap about Korena guys). Granted, she was completely FOB-ed out (FOBs are more mistrustful of other Asian nationalities than Americanized Asians or AAs), but she still pissed me off. Maybe her case was a bit extreme, but still. I think it sucks how Korean guys have to deal with that stereotype. But then again, Chinese guys have to deal with the sterotype that they are all wimpy, but I guess we all have our demons to deal with.

the truth is that is only an assumption. sure some get plastic surgery but most are very minor. i realize that the assumptions are use to reaffirm the above mentioned females to reassure that they are ok and that korean females arent naturally beautiful...sorry to bust your bubble but korean female ARE naturally beautiful. lets stop korean female bashing!!
