Well, I have never posted before. I found this site by accident. However, I never that among Asian people, there is also discrimination. WTF?!? Which asian blood is the best??? Please, this is such a ridiculous topic that shouldn't even be mentioned. Stop copying white folks. Let's minority stick together!

Dark skinned = bad....... Filipino this filipino that..... Chinese or Korean? Japanese better than Korean? This is childish!

Thailand is a digraceful country.
The whole damn country runs on sex trade. Do these people have no dignity?
This county is so beautiful and actually has alot of natural resources.
I wonder why the Thai government doesn't do something about it, its out in the open. Its like they cater to fat old, ugly western men. If I was a Thai I would never admitt to being one.]

Oh, the way, I'm 3/4 Chinese. Yeah, you think I would be light, huh? No, I'm dark skinned. I can pass as filipino or even black/asian mixed. Guess what I never front my blood line. I was in Thailand, grew up in Thailand and Germany. Present, living in the States. People thinnk I am mixed with black. Instead of being a shame, I always say proudly, I'm 100% Thai. What is 100%?!? There are so many blood lines in you if you are Thai. Chinese, Malay, Vietnamese, Khmer, Laosian.....Oh, yeah, I'm also mixed Laosian.

My point is just no matter how you look. No matter what language you speak, we are still Asian. Why trying to front to be white or something else? Why dis each other? We are living in this country where discrimination is a big problem in the society. Why can't we stick together, showing the Asian Power that we are different, that we are the 'same' which is Proudly Asian.

Those people in this board who says that Filipinos are not Asian are only immature bullies. Do not take to heart what they say they do not represent the opinions of the whole Asian community. If you really want to know the opinion of Asian poeple, go out to the real world and ask as any Asians as you can find in the street if Filipinos are Asian--you will see 99% of them will say 'Yes'. ciao.

i am a latina and i have been lookin at this lil site. Most of my people dont like dating asian guys, but i say they are missing out. I am datin a filipino, ( N HE IS SOOOOO FINE ) filipino men are just more respectful, hardworking, romantic n very passionate. Whats da deal with the hispanic not dating the asian thing?

imo, filipinos are the most open minded asians. i've been called a banana, 'whitewashed' (whatever that means), weird, nerdy, you name it-by my fellow chinese brothers and sisters. and just because im open minded, not brainwashed by pop/hip-hop culture. (which decides for them what is cool-clothes, music, and how to act) ive had very few problems with filipinos.

and there isnt a single asian nationality which has the best looking people. they all look good

Yeah, I know what you mean! I have several close and even distant relatives who at times needed my assistance as a translator. They would hand me letters that they received in the mail regarding their Social Security benefits and they would ask me to translate them. I said to myself "damn, you folks have been here for over 30 some odd years and you can't even read a freaking letter written in basic English"! There is no excuse for them not to know, my dad was able to take some time during the weekend to learn English and now he understands it pretty well. The time spent playing mah jong could have been diverted to learning English! The age thing of being too old to learn is just a bunch of BS!

Another thing that pisses me off is how many these oldtimer FOBs like to b*tch about America, how it isn't as good as their villages where they were from, and such and such. I tell many of them if you weren't in America, you won't be living in some nice senior citzen apartments waiting for the fat retirement check every month! Stop whining for a change!
