it's easy to just make blanket statements about koreans without really trying to understand the culture, its all about face, superiority/inferiority complexes is pan asian thing along with materialism but u can say the same about europeons, latinos, arabs, etc. etc. its human nature ... what gets me angry is all those streotypes some of you are trying to perpetuate about koreans its ironic because u guys talk about koreans streotyping others and then streotype koreans in the same sentence ... so am i supposed to feel bad because i am korean, to agree with your negative views ...im proud of my korean heritage and culture does that mean i think im superior to anybody else? lol no cause thats bullshit. koreans are very prideful people because throughout history korea has always been in conflict with other countries struggling to keep its identity/sovereignty, to this day korea is split not because of its own people but because of outside politics/countries ... being Korean American i can say the two cultures are like polar opposites, koreans tend to be blunt but u might think of it as being rude ... sorry if u cant understand korean culture but what some of u think its just not that simple ...

In Psychology, Superiority Complex=Inferiority Complex. It's really the same, when one feels inferior, they find ways to eliminate their inferiority by claiming some superiority. It's really nothing but a defense mechanism of the mind. One could safely say it's a vicious cycle!

What do people act snooty; especially the rant about Asian women who are overbearing and arrogant????? Well, many Asian women feel inferior to other types of women, so they act snooty "tough" to cover up their insecurities...again, another defense mechanism of the human mind.

Here are the 3 racial groups and their mind associations.

Asians=Superego

This is the reason why Asians are serious, law abiding, very strict, anal and most of all, always with a sense of guilt.

Whites=Ego

This is the reason why Whites are individualistic, inventive, creative, idealistic, and most important self-gratifying.

Blacks=Id

This is the reason why Blacks are pleasure seekers, undisciplined, not law abiding, lax, and most of all, having no sense of guilt.

China is one big sh=0=thole. It still has a serious problem with feeding its people; and more than half of its inhabitants are illiterate and have no marketable skills.

To say time will change all this is definately not true, the Communist Government don't give a fat ass about the common folk but only themselves.

I think the resentment of Chinese to Japanese has died down. That's why Japan does so much business with HK, especially having HK do their anime movies in live action (City Hunter, Wicked City, Initial D, etc.)

China has started to open up with Korea too, as witnessed with their acceptance of the pop culture. Baby VOX is more popular in China than they are in Korea.

My mom still harbors old sentiment though, especially against Koreans. She would certainly disown me if I ever dated a Korean girl. In her eyes, that's even worse than a white or black girl.
