I try to eat only natural foods, organic vegetables, etc. I also grind organic vegetables like celery and carrots and drink the juice, some of you know what I'm talking about.

Relaxation and avoiding stress is very important. Stressful jobs, no matter how well-paying usually are not worth the extra-aging if you have less time to cook natural food or to relax sufficiently.

I've tried all these methods and look much younger than my 34 years. (all the methods are known, it's matter of your research and actually practicing it consistently.) One downside as a Corean is that, because I look so much younger than my age, the new waiters (college kids mostly) at the Corean restaurants I go to, often "talk down" to me, thinking I'm another kid like themselves.

I've also heard of sort of tantric propaganda. It says something like that females could achieve higher levels of superhuman skills than men if they practice certain techniques and remain celibate. Carlos Castaneda comes also from that direction, I think.-These tantrics (or whoever) are wrong, aren't they?

Well that ascetic practice has caused the Roman Catholic Church a slew of pedophilic scandals.

They should have study some chinese documents about managing the Yang force with High Level Kung-Fu or simple castration.

it was often discussed why the priests of the (European) Middle Ages were (officially) celibates. One reason could have been that they had (officially) no descendants who could inherit the landed property which the priests administered for a king. So the priest could not (officially) establish dynasties of their own bloodline. Moreover you won't that much about positive aspects of celibacy regarding health in the Western Christian scene. -For them celibacy doesn't support superhuman powers like immortality but is just an ascetic practice.

celibacy will only increase your Yang forces to an unmanageable level, and speed up the aging process. Either castrate yourself and practice high level internal Kung Fu to control the Yang forces. Or mingle the Yang forces with female Ying forces on a regular basis.

Hello

HI, I was wondering is this board suppose to talk about ways to make you look younger or not die at all? anyway, I'm just interested in the first part, I don't wanna live forever, hehehe. Has anyone heard of human growth hormone HGH? I've heard that it's suppose to make you look and feel younger or something. Does anyone have any secret or try anything? thanks
