Absolutely the ONLY waterproof liquid eyeliner in the market after Max Factor decided to discontinue their own eyeliner of the same kind. My eyes are proned to tears whenever I laugh too hard (or crying through heart-wrenching movies) and trust me, that eyeliner didn't even budge after all that assault!

Mascara: I have a hard time finding a mascara that will help my eyelash stay curled. After using an eyelash curler, my lashes go straight. They are naturally straight lashes to begin with. Any advice?

ChampagneX,
my friend has the same eyes as yours! Seems like she puts a smoky eyeshadow from the lashline to slightly above the crease. Then she applies eyeliner around the corners. She DOES wear a lot of mascara (not sure what kind) but her makeup always looks good.

I've got "weird" eyes too. The upper eyelids and lashes roll under, so my lashes are barely peeking out and you can't tell I'm wearing eyeliner unless I make the line reallyreally thick. (re: above worst eye makeup error poll, too much eyeliner - yikes!)

Hi zing:

I have experienced just what you have described but you can avoid this by doing the practise strokes on your hand to lighten the amount of product on the brush. You just have to apply a thinner layer of it.

Also, if you have applied an oily cream in the eye area before you put the eyeliner on, it will also not stay on as well. I think the oil keeps the eyeliner from adhering to your skin.

so in short:
1) don't put on a greasy cream to the eye area before applying
2) try to lessen the amount on the brush before you apply because a thicker coating will crackle off (kind of like crackle paint -haha!)

I think the maybelline waterproof liquid liner is still my fave. And I hope they never discontinue the taupe.

Sup girls!!!
Reading around I think I have the most unusual set of eyes out of most of you if not all of you. -_-;; It is also very hard to put makeup on it so that's why I'm on around complaining about it & asking for advice at the same time. ^^
Ok, they are almond-shaped, alright. Rather big & double-crease. BUT it's up-turned on the outer side thing going on like Lucy Liu's. And the double-crease, it starts from really small above the inner corner and then gradually thicker & thicker until it ends. x_x
It gives me very, very a hard time applying makeup on it... Suggestions anyone?
And I was thinking of just putting on great mascara, so I don't have to fuss about how my eyeline goes anymore. However, I can't seem to find one, so could you guys suggest a mascara that sets curls well and lengthens?
Thanx peeps! :D

i tried maybelline waterproof liquid liner and it feel like you're wearing a thin piece of plastic over your eye lid and worst of all lines break up after few hours

no crease:

you should use liquid liner. Maybelline makes a waterproof liquid liner that i think is really good for the price, (around $6) and it lasts all day. The brush is sort of short, but it is very tapered, and is easier to use than the ones with really long bristles.

practise a few strokes on your hand till you get the brush a little more lightly coated with the product, and you will have more control over the brush. It takes some practise on your eye lids so that you have a steadier hand, and know how little pressure it takes, but once you get the hang of it, it's not that hard.

waterproof liquid liner tends not to run. The liquid liner pens are easier to practise with, but they are rarely waterproof, so if you sweat at all, they will smear all over your face.

a good (cheap) practice pen is the cover girl liquid pen --it's like a felt tip pen. It's fun, but it runs like crazy if it gets wet (so don't wear it if you cry or sweat or you'll look terrible)
