WHAT YOU SAY

LISA,
I could be wrong but I was always under the impression that Hapa babes always preferred Whites 99% of the time.
What are your fellings in regard to this?

RE: "...I am a hapa and there are many people in my community who are not comfortable with it".
I hate being a mixie kid sometimes!
I was in a restaurant this afternoon, looking at a menu, and there was this group of people, some men some women, sitting at a round table beside my booth. One of the girls turned over to stare at me (in this wierd rude manner) and because she took her time doing it, all of them started staring at me, and the first girl said in very loud Vietnamese, "Look at that half-breed girl pretending to read the menu. I bet you she can't even read in Vietnamese."
I turned to her and replied in perfect Vietnamese, "I'll take that bet. I've got a hundred dollar bill here that says I can read Vietnamese better than you can."
As the group broke in raucous laughter, she gave me the finger and left the restaurant. She was such a vulgar and uneducated woman that I should have bet that I could read English better than she could and I would have won just as easily.

[I think the biggest problems with hapas is people telling them to choose a race when they just want to enjoy and embrace both cultures.]
actually my biggest problem has been people telling me it's misguided to choose a race, and trying to force me to identify with and embrace all the cultures my ancestors belonged to (German, Malay, Armenian, Filipino, Chinese) even though I can't function in any of them but Chinese.

Does everyone know if Nina Brosh is really half russian half asian? She has blue eyes, so I doubt she is really mixed.

i am a hapa and there are many people in my community who are not comfortable with it, but i love being mixed. I think the biggest problems with hapas is people telling them to choose a race when they just want to enjoy and embrace both cultures.

"...I'm not a nasty playboy."
Yeah, sell me something I can believe in.
"...you can ease off your fixation of castration and yang sucking."
What? And ruin my fun? No way Jose!
"...I'll take the very cute compliment."
That'll be sixty-four dollars and ninety-seven cents please. Gotta pay for what you take you know, nothing's free, and I gotta pay taxes on that too. Want a receipt for your company's write-off?
No pics of me till I see something of yours. I don't budge on things that monumental. Just because you're a dimwit in regards to names doesn't mean I have to bare my face for everyone to see. You go first!
