WHAT YOU SAY

[This page is closed to new input. --Ed.]
The healthy things I do are getting enough sleep as much as possible. Don't drink alcohal,s moke, wear sunscreen and most importantly exercise! You'd be surprise how much younger you look...when you eat healthy and exercise daily. Never stress out too much!! That can wreck havoc on your skin..and give you premature wrinkles.

Most people do not understand the effects of stress. Stress can cause a person to deteriorate. More people should learn to relax. Things are usually never THAT important.

Since I live in Manhattan, I can walk everywhere. I walk a lot, at least 40 minutes a day. The distance from Greenwich Village to Chinatown has become effortless for me.

itchy:

It's allergy season for me. My allergies are driving me crazy. I did some research, and stumbled on the information you were asking about! Here is the link:

The site has a lot of great information on its other pages, also. I guess when I thought I was allergic to dust, it was really the mold...

I like to take a crap as often as possible. I don't abuse laxatives, but there is nothing so liberating as being able to let go of a load!

ahhhh, relief! phew!
oops, gotta go!    Wednesday, May 08, 2002 at 16:43:13 (PDT)
Healthiest thing people say I do is not drinking alcohol....but with the current studies out now, don't know if it makes much of a difference or not.

I try to wear sunscreen when it's sunny outside...even if I'm just walking to the bank or walking around school.

itchy:

I don't know of any food or supplements to help alleviate allergy symptoms (not that there aren't any...I just haven't done the research). I can only think of the usual things to do... Using an air filter in a closed room, making sure the room isn't too humid, and airing out the room. These aren't all necessarily compatible at the same time, though--it depends on what you're allergic to. Also, of course, these choices are only for indoor rooms that you have control over. I just try to stay away from certain places where I notice my allergic reactions are stronger...such as this long stretch of sidewalk with lots of trees or my miserable office (I'm in grad school and have the choice of not going to my office). I don't know about you or other people in general, but I also seem to be very allergic to dust! To deal with that, I just try to keep my room super clean and dust-free.

I think the only way a person is to stay healthy is to have a very active sex life. I have sex about 3 times a day, 7 days a week , 365 days a year and never needed to take claritin or anything like that. Maybe you ladies should consider my lifestyle to avoid the expense of drugs to treat your poorly maintained bodies. Give me a call, my phones lines are open. Please dial 1800 love you, I'll be standing by in my tarzan outfit. For other callers that are not female, please call 1800 how to get a girl; the charge would be phenomenal so you probably shouldn't call. Thank you . This is paid for by the vietnamese hugh hefner.
