I don't see anything wrong with dating a guy whose between 5'4" - 5'6". I'm only 5'4" slim build myself. I have dated a couple of men before who were like 5'11" very muscular and it made me a little awkward. I dated a slim african guy once who was almost 6ft, but he was medium,slim built. It felt pretty cool with him. But I still prefer shorter men. The Chinese man I am with now is 5'5" slim and perfect for me.

a 5'3" should never wear 6 inch heels. that's too great of a deception. it's silly. why pretend to be 5'9" when you're only 5'3"? we tall guys just hate seeing a tall head across the room and then walking over only to see that it's just a 6 inch platform joke. it's quite a big let down, i tell you

Man ... that could be dangerous. Without modern medical technology, in the past women who have the desire to get together with men that much bigger than them would be at a lot bigger risk to die in childbirth cuz the kid is so big. As it is, if she marries one of them she'll have to deliver her kids by C-section. Evolutionarily speaking, you wouldn't expect to see this too often - women prefer a man who is taller, of course, but not that much taller.

well it is not completely platform. the wedge is 4 inches itself and the platform in the front wedge is 2 inches. 2+4 = 6.

i don't think any guy wants to date women who TOWER over them. that fetish is another issue. but an inch-what's wrong with that? what i hate is when a woman (usually asian) my height or shorter telling me that i'm too short for them. I'm 5'7" (W/O! shoes) and these women just barely reach me, even with their heels on. For some of them that surpass me, it's only about an inch or two. 'only want to look up not bend down' said that even petite women like to date guys 5'11"+. She prefers guys 6'2"+ herself. Is there some sort of 7"-8" minimum height difference rule that you women have? am i supposed to go out and LOOK for (rare) women 4'10" and under while the average 5'3" AW is so abundant?

If an Asian guy is not at least 5'7", I would not even look at him. It's just a waste of time if I know that I would not be attracted to him if we go out together.

I don't think I can date a short guy. It's like dating your younger brother. I don't find it particularly attractive to look down to a date and eclipse him.

I love short females. I think they are so cute.

Its easier to be in complete control of a short girl when your making out.

All tall females act like WWF smackdown cast members or something. I definitely prefer females shorter than me. I like to be in total and utter control of my surroundings. It makes me feel like a man.

I am an asian female, and all my friends agree that we would much rather have a taller companion than someone that's average or short. it's just a preference that is very normal for girls to have. i mean, we do not completely shut the door out for boys of average height, but they have to be special. but still, if they were short, it would be just because we settled for the other qualities, but no, i don't know any girl that would prefer a short guy over a tall guy. it just doesn't make sense in our society.
