I'm really glad to hear some positivity from someone who is 15 and proud to be Asian American. It really bother me that you insert the statement, 'a lot of my white guy friends like Asian girls...' What is that all about? So, what's your point.

GurlX,

1) Whether a girl has had plastic surgery or not would not bother me. I might be concerned if I am planning on having children with the girl since the surgery won't transfer to my kids.

2) Both a cute face and a nice body are important although it is harder to change the looks of a face. A body can be improved through diet and excercise.

My attitude to cosmetic surgery is this: Some women are born beautiful others not. It is wonderful that technology now allows those who aren't born beautiful to equalize the playing field a little.

Like it or not, looks do matter. All other things being equal, good looking people are more successful. Less attractive people have to compensate a disproportionate amount with other qualities.

I think one of the reasons that asian women get plastic surgery because because of the pressure from Asian Men. Many Asian men are attracted to the white-looking asian girl types with the big almond eyes and the high ridge noses. Just look at all the famous people through out ASian....I don't think I HAVE SEEN ONE looking non WHITE-(saying without high nose and big almond eyes). And I am an ASian girl and I have to say that SOME Asian guys are so hung up on looks of the girl and they are SO BUTT UGLY. So before some of you Asian guys start judging the looks of a girl, look at yourself FIRST. THis is for the guys of every race by the way...so many butt ugly guys that are mean to maybe a girl of a rating of a 6 out of 10 just because she is not and 8 or 9. That's my opinion.thanks for reading. And I don't believe in PLastic surgery because if I ever got it and people start to think that I am more beautiful, I would feel so bad inside because I know that is not the real me.

Okay i said it once and i'll say it AGAIN!!! I Can't Stand ASians who get Eyelid surgeries!! They look like monsters! It makes thier face look so unnatural and funky! Asian eyes can be so pretty and dramatic if you just learn how to put on eye makeup right! By the way, i think Lucy Liu is cute and she is basically the only asian in television besides Lisa Ling, so give her some credit but whatever

so what if a lot of ur white guy friends like asian girls?? what is so good about being liked by the white guys? does that make asian girls even more beautiful than if a lot of asian guys liked asian girls? white men are not "gods" they are just like other men whether asian, black, latino etc. i don't see any special thing about white guys to get excited about.

I think many White guys like Asian girls because thye have Asian fetish and not that we are really attractive physically. What do u think? I think 'most' of those asian grils that white guys lust after are unatractive or even ugly in our Asian standards. Think about Lucy Liu.
