Italy is high up on the charts? The northern nordic countries like Norway and Sweden have some of the highest standards of living in the world. Germany is a nice country, but they have massive racial problems there. I really like your usage of the word, "maybe." That just shows that your comments have no merit, and you just spouted out whatever you could think of.

At least the homeless in SF are basking in sun and enjoying the mild weather. Let these same folks relocate to NYC with all of its homeless, and they'll say SF is a paradise!

If any of u guys think the SF homeless are f***ed, u haven't seen anything yet. The ones in NYC freeze their butts off during the cold winter days and nights, (yes, there are many who die when the temp reaches 25 F), and bake and suffocate themselves when the temp is like 90 F and when the humidity is like 100% during the oppressive summer months. Further, the shelters that these people go to, are just as bad as any maxium security prison cell filled with extremely violent inmates.

I have not seen one SF Homeless dude sweat in the heat or shiver in the cold....In fact, many of them are enjoying the nice weather, the fried chicken and the liquor. Hey, maybe it's only in the summer months...but hell, SF is never as cold or hot as NYC.

Most of you guys are spoiled out there with the soft weather and that includes the homeless as well!

Just imagine if your life was messed up in a place that is either hot or cold and no in betweens..it would be a lot worse!

Not that it's any of your business, but yes I do regularly contribute to homeless shelters and volunteer as well. So you are WRONG! Just from reading your posts I can tell that you are an arrogant, rich, pompous ass who believes in Social Darwinism.

I agree with you that it is still a savage world, even though we live in the modern age it is still dog-eat-dog. But the traits that set us apart from this savagery (or some of us) are the human traits of compassion and caring for the less fortunate.

Haha... why is it when people disagree with someone else, they always say they need some "help?"

Who belittles me anyways? One can only be belittled if it gets to him. If someone came up to my face, and called me something, it would only belittle me if it got to me. If it doesn't hurt me whatsoever, I am not belittled. That's my point. If you allow them to hurt you, they will. That shows that you are vulnerable. They only attack because they know it hurts you. Over time, if they realize that they can't crack you, they will stop. That's how you win the game.

Despite all the snazzy high tech gizmos in the modern era and all that, we still live in a savage world. It's no different than the old days. The weak have always, and will always get trampled on. That's just human nature. Tell me this. Are you willing to give up some of your hard earned cash to these unfortunate individuals who need help? I didn't think so.

Do you live in the South? If you do, what part? Do you not find similar attitudes throughout the country? I know I have. If you don't live in the South then what makes you think Southern white trash, as you put it, would be any different or worse then unsavory people in other regions of the country? Are you sterotyping? Isn't that similar to your "backwards thinking and ideas of racial supremacy"? I bet you got pissed off at A&F for those racist t-shirts, didn't you? But you don't have a problem being racist yourself, right?
