When I visited NYC in the fall last year, I saw a VERY attractive BF AM couple in Manhattan, on teh Lower East Side. The guy was handsome, about 6 feet tall. The black woman was very cute, had straight shoulder legnth hair and was about 5'6". They were all stylin' in black leather coats. Were you that woman? Man, if so, lemme tell you that your man is very lucky! =)

I'm an Ivy League College grad (Columbia) from NY. I'm a very attractive black female and recently my Korean boyfriend and I had a great wedding here in New York. I also speak Japanese and wanted to tell Asian men that yes, we Black females are attracted to Asian men and find Asian men to be simply HOT.

Yeah it's me again. Here's a story that happened to me when I met my Asian dream for the first time.

On our first date, he took me to a "real" Chinese restaurant. Well, when we walked in needless to say all eyes were on me (the only Black in the place). His friend/owner had the waiter to show us our table. I was following the waiter thinking that my date was close behind. Well, when I sat down I could see that he was still with his friend and every Asian man's eyes were on me! The first thing I thought was the zipper on my black leather skirt had broke. My date came to the table with this big smile as if Budda had gave him a pot of gold. "What's wrong?" I asked. He smiled even more and proudly said, "Oh nothing. You just have every man wishing they were me." Of course I thought that he was full of it. "Sure" I replied. "Trust me", he said, "you got it going on. My friend want to know if you have friend or sister for him."

You Asian men have been thinking and wanting to say something to Black women, but you have let your fear of being re-jected keep you silent.

To Lonely Asian: brother you missed the first one. She was giving you the go ahead/the get out of jail free card and you blew it. Now, the next time a sister starts a conversation, TALK! If she flirts, flirt back. Somebodies gotta break the ice, if she doesn't and you want to see if she willing, start TALKING. What to say? tell her how nice her hair looks or how nice her nails. Here's one better, stare at her with one of those wicket Asianmen smiles and when you see she's notices you, smile even bigger. Hey, if you got the nerve, tell her that she' got it going on! Then let nature take it's course.

I never would have imagined that black women would be interested in Asian men. This changed when one of my black co-workers developed a crush on me. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do. She was always friendly and flirted with me. I didn't know what to do so I did nothing and eventually she changed jobs. Hmm..I wonder if we had a chance?

All you ebony ladies have me totally excited and shocked. I have always thought that black girls wanted nothing to do with us asian guys. I don't know where I got that idea but growing up thats how I saw things. I hang out with a lot of black guys and they tell me that the black girls are stonger sexually in bed...they got more muscles and juices down below...thats what I hear. Anyhow, you sisters out there, when you see a AM don't hesitate to talk to us. I am ready and willing.

You know, I'm glad I'm not the only one who has a thing for asian men. the only thing is that the ones here in Kentucky won't even take a second look at a black woman who likes them (now one may look & be friends, but to go further makes them run for the border)!

Not only that, but the stereotype that we don't make money or can be well-educated with class.....let me use a few choice words....Oprah, Halle Berry, Chaka Kahn (a singer who manufactured her own candy called "Chakalates"). My asian brothers, please look at Ebony, Jet, & Essence. You can tell we're not as bad as society makes us. I know the majority still prefer white and asian women, but don't count us out. Also, if you look at colorq.org, there's a little bit of history that said that in the late 1800's, the wives of Chinese men who are immigrants MOSTLY consists of black women!!!
