WHAT YOU SAY
[This page is closed to new input. --Ed.]
Stereotyping is a common problem and I feel that it will always be with us. The only way to beat stereotyping is by actually talking to the people we stereotype. By knowing them personally, I feel this breaks the stereotype, atleast for that person. Obviously it is impossible for us to talk to every single person who is a different race from us, but by taking these small steps we will be moving in the right direction.

to MC: "asians portrayed as weak and defenseless while they are portrayed as kung fu masters at the same time? isn't that hypricritical? to me it seems like nobody wants to mess with blacks the most, and nobody wants to mess with asians the least"
It's because shooting, stabbing, and beating people is illegal and we tend to think that we should be law-abiding, but the truth is that in America, violence is what gets respect and compliance earns disrespect. We need to seriously f*** up more people more often for crossing us in order to earn respect in the US. Bullies ALWAYS go after the perceived weakest. It's true of the lions in Africa and it's true of humans everywhere. More shootings, stabbings, and beatings is the answer. The only people who give Asians any respect are the US veterans of WWII, Korean War, and War in Vietnam, because they know that we are not cowards, unlike the many pukes who only get their opinions from media. We need to show that fighting spirit to the non-veterans to shut them up and make them think twice before they cross us. They need to understand that their will be a consequence, not no consequence, to their actions.

stereotyping sucks. it happens to me all the time for some reason, because i am quiet, more guys than girls talk to me and i come out as an airhead. but its all good, it exists in all races plus i dont really care what people see me on an first impression . i only care for the people who actually have the sincerity to get to know me first before they judge me. btw no i aint an airhead , i'm an honor student in college ...and my comment on asian women who have big breasts lucky you dont let the skinny flat chested petite typical asian women make you feel insecure bout being voluptous

I really hate the stereotype that we are short and bucked teeth, plus small eyes.I just think our eyes are located on the surface, and not sunken to create permanent eyeshadow.Plus caucasians and other peoples (blacks, some southern asians) have eyes further back into their head that makes them have more intense eyes.
Also I dont think we are short, go to north china in a city, marvel at our height!

how come with all the asian people being labeled as masters of karate, do i see many people try to start shit with asians like they don't expect them to fight back? just today, some black guy with 4 wigger friends tried to talk shit to me just cause i was wearing a jordan hat? those homos were from the burbs all their lives and i could tell so i just punked them off, since i was living in one of the worst ghettos all my life untill now. back to my point, why are asians portrayed as weak and defenseless while they are portrayed as kung fu masters at the same time? isn't that hypricritical? to me it seems like nobody wants to mess with blacks the most, and nobody wants to mess with asians the least
