I'm an asian girl who eats alot of food, junk food, chips, pizzas, burgers, and whatever, it seem like I'm usually hungry. But I'm not anywhere near fat, most asian people would considered me average. I'm 5'5" and 110 pounds. I use to know this one really chubby American girl, it seem like she eats less than I do but can't seem to take off the weight. So maybe, some the American people who are fat is because of genetics and other is because they eat alot and beside their metabolism rate isn't as fast the the asian counterpart, so that could explain why they are more overweight.

Oh, I thought were suppose to be talking about premarital sex. Talking of which, I use to love doing it last year, but since the last couple of month or so, I think my libido has been declining. I don't know the reason for this. Same thing happen for anyone else?

I agree with you. Alot of the American diet is focused on eating large portions and with lots of junk food. On occasion I do like to "junk out" but was lucky to have grown up in a health concious mostly vegetarian area. To me "junking out" is usually fresh fruit and frozen yogurt or my latest love, coconut bubble drink.
I think alot of genetic weight problems are due to over exposure of chemicals and hormones in our genetically altered foods. We usually do not even know they are there.
Of course not everyone is supposed to be a size 2 and many Asian people I know have a smaller frame and bone structure, which can differ from larger boned individuals, making them appear heavier.
Nothing wrong with Mickey D's, but remember variety and not to eat it every day!

i think she looked more mexican or latina to me, not becuase of her skin all that much, cause hell, i am light skinned too, in fact i am north indian [gujurati to be exact]. It was the fact that her hair was a little on the blond side thats all.

I was disappointed in MS CHINA. First of all she embarassed everyone by not answering the final question.

she went on about how she is here with her friends, and she waved at everyone saying "friends, friends" What was that??? and sheesh out of 1.3 BILLION people they picked an ugly girl. man disappointing.

Miss India looked Indian to me. Just North Indian. But that is the standard of beauty in India. People have this misconception that all Indians are dark and at the same time it should be noted that most Indians are dark or very tan. But to say that Miss India doesn't look Indian because she is fair is quite frankly unfair to the over 100 million Indians who are rather light skinned. SHe had dark hair, dark eyes and big eyes. Frankly she looked Indian to me.

If American people are fat because they are rich, then what about the Europeans? Europeans are rich too, but based on my own observation, Europeans tend to be slimmer and healthier than their American counter part.

When ever I go to American super markets like Ralphs, Albertson, or Food4Less, the whole place are always full of overweight people with shopping cart full of junkfood, sodas, chips, chocolate, meat, pizza, cookies, cheese,burritos, and frozen food. You barely see anything green in their shopping cart. Then when I go to an Asian market, whether it was Chinese Korean, or Vietnamese, the Asian people always buy lots of vegetables, fruits, tofu, and they barley buy junk food.

So I really don't think that Americans are fat because they are rich, but because they have poor eating habits and don't move alot. I don't want to offend Americans or anyone, but this is just my own personal opinion.
