Whatever. I'm still happy though. I just try to work out and dress as best as I can to flatter my figure. I also focus on my positives: like having a lot of friends, doing well in school.

I have to agree with Mai on her post about strength training for AFs. Most AFs I know don't do that much exercise at all. Having some amount of musculature is attractive and its nice to have a companion to exercise with. I've known some attractive rail-thin AFs who don't have the stamina to swim 10 yards. I guess when I look at women, something like this worries me because I feel like treating them like fragile dolls. This is not to say I wouldn't find someone like Asian Dominatrix attractive, but it might make it harder to feel comfortable with her.

I also want to comment on all those stats posted by Rush. Even though there is a great variance in women, I had thought that they need at least 15% body fat to bear children. Some women athletes approach this body fat percentage. If anyone can corroborate or refute this...please do. Also, the BMI factor can be misleading. Because the BMI factor is based only upon weight and height, anyone with above average musculature will get a worse score on the test. For example, I am 5'8" 180 lbs and my BMI makes me almost obese. I won't say I'm totally ripped...but I'm definitely not anywhere near obese in terms of body fat percentage.

True, true, I am a narcissist. But if I were a TRUE narcissist, I would have said I was 5'9", 125, AND modelling! And no one would know the difference on the internet.

Too thin,

It all depends on your build. Some women at 5'4" and 105 look good--Zhang Ziyi, for instance--because they have tiny bones. Or maybe are still growing. If you're large boned, then 115 might be more of an optimum.
