WHAT YOU SAY
[This page is closed to new input. --Ed.]
to "Ana Rexi"- what an appropos name. At 5'4 and 106 you do indeed qualify for medical anorexia. Aren't your proud of yourself? Go on, keep starving yourself, if that's what makes you happy! Oh and I don't have a fat arse.

As a male, I think its good to have the variety in body types among women. I'm sure women appreciate various body types in men also. Basically it varies for everyone. There are stick thin women that are stunning and then there are some that look sickly. There are curvy women that look voluptuous and there are some that look fat. As Asian Dominatrix has said before, bone structure makes a difference. If you don't trust your own sense of your own beauty...you're not alone. Everyone goes through life continually refining their image of themselves. As for me, I don't really mind women being confused about their bodies since it takes some heat off us guys :P

I think that people should just do what they need to be the weight they want to be, whether it's average, skinny, whatever. I used to be chunky, then lost weight, and I am happier now. It didn't make my life perfect, but at least I feel better about myself, and I think I look better. And I didn't do it to please anyone but myself. Other people say I look too thin, but that's fine, they're entitled to their opinion. I'm 5'4" and weigh 106, and still trying to lose a little more. All the people who say I'm too thin have fat arses! Imagine that!

How much more confusing could the weight messages from the media and other people possibly be?? There are men on this board that say "I love anorexic chicks, stick thin" and then ones that say "I like women with meat on their bones". There are girls that say "I'm fat and happy with the way I am", girls that say "I'm fat and want to be stick thin", girls that say "I'm stick thin and proud of it". And then the media tells us- be super thin and you'll be happy! But then it also tells us- um don't get too thin or you'll have anorexia. Seems to me there is a very fine line in there. And while Jenisa says that she's teased for being 5'4 and 97lbs, everyone is praising Zhang Ziyi for being 5'4 and 105 (only 8 lbs more, not much at all). It's NO WONDER we women are so confused about our bodies!!!

aa's & fobs:
who likes tatoos? who has any?
I think they should not be used except to mark very specific occasions: jail, war, the army/navy/air force, or culturally. (And I don't mean, because it's a current fad.)

a fan,
You're right--no tats! (At least not yet...)Angelina Jolie is jolly cool, but I'll probably have to work out if I wanna look like her:--
wanna be like Ally,
Hey, easy on the dieting or you won't be able to find any clothes! First of all, the clothes manufacturers don't make that many clothes in small sizes. They're always out of sexy stuff in those sizes (0-4) probably 'cos all the skinnies are buying the cute little shirts, slim leather pants, and microminis the minute they appear on the racks. About half the time, I have to order stuff from another branch because mine doesn't have my size.
This is true especially when things are on sale. The sales racks always have sexy things in the very large sizes 'cos few fat women want to wear minis, and big loose dresses in small sizes cos skinny women don't like muu-muu type clothes.
I guess you're just going to have to be a more vigilant shopper when you're thin.

To Wanna be like Ally- wouldn't we all love to be super thin, but "at any cost"? Do you know what a miserable life it is to be anorexic or bulimic? To be constantly starving? These diseases can be deadly. Is it really worth it? I bet you weigh like 85 lbs.
And to "fan"- yes Asian Dom may be your "dream girl" in looks, but I'm sure spending one day listening to her talk would be enough to drive anyone crazy.
