WHAT YOU SAY

be,

The trick is to get use to the feeling of not expanding the stomach. This way you can keep a slender figure. You could probably eat about the mass in 3 meals, but the body would pass the mass in 3 clumps, also psychologically you might not feel full unless you expanded your stomach, which would lead to overeating.

Use to weight train for the olympics, so I know a few tricks about keeping a slim figure and how not to pass squeezies during a heavy ab workout.

Eating like a squirrel has it's benefits. You don't need to set aside hours in a day to consume food. Just eat light and do something more productive.

But it is annoying when you have to attend social functions centered around food.

What I want to say is that it really bugs me when people tell me "You're in good shape/you're so thin/it must be rough, blah, blah," in a sarcastic manner. As though I am naturally skinny, and sit around eating fast food all day! Actually, it IS rough. I work my arse off to maintain my weight, and yes, I do eat 3 meals a day, but only healthy food. If a person is overweight, or just curvy, or whatever, and likes being that way, then so be it. Good for them if they like it; to each his own. It's the people who eat garbage all day, and then complain and do nothing about it that is very annoying. Some people (like me) who are in shape/thin do not take it for granted, and do not have a naturally speedy metabolism that allows us to eat whatever we crave. Believe me, nothing would please me more than to be able to sit down and eat a sundae and fries every day, but I can't. It is a lot a work to get in shape, but if I can do it, so can anyone, if that is their wish.

be- I'm always hungry too, and if I don't eat every few hours I feel like collapsing too. But I constantly struggle with my weight. I think you should seriously consider yourself lucky, you can eat whatever you want and not get fat. I have to constantly say no to certain foods. Count yourself lucky that you don't to worry about your weight.

AC Dropout:

I was hoping it was an asian thing to have ever-lasting hunger....I guess not. Some people think I'm lucky to be able to devour food as I please, without gaining weight. I think I'm unlucky for always being hungry and always having to eat to keep me from collapsing...its a never-ending cycle.

ac dropout - you are so right! I think there is hardly any person who has big boobs/small butt. but there are plenty with little boobs/big butt. ahem, not mentioning any names here ... heheh!

chicky poo, sorry I sounded so harsh, I guess I just wanted to point out that it's a horrible disease that no one should ever have to suffer through. I hear you though, I looove to eat, I could eat all day, but since I don't want to be fat I do have to watch what I eat and exercise a lot. I wish being very thin just came naturally too, but for some it just doesn't.

Ms Perfect- I seriously doubt that you are.
