I am an AF but I am not plastic and phony. In fact, I am very real and down-to-earth. I admit that I am short and fat, dumb and depressed.

So there.

I am looking for acceptance by AMs, but all I get is rejection because I am 4'11.5", 112 pounds, and not very talkative.

Tell me what I am doing wrong?

Gosh, which supermarket do you go to? Where I go, the women are in sweat pants and poking around at the fish stall (I know because I'm there poking at the fish too!). Sometimes I'm wearing heels and a jacket, but that's more because I just got out of work and have to get something home for dinner and not because I enjoy buying my trout in designer clothing. Snobby and materialistic? I have to admit, we are kinda thrifty, but that's not a bad trait. Snobby? It's probably more because Asian women are not overly gregarious and loud simply because we're brought up not to oggle at the goodlooking hunks (that's bad manners).

I find it interesting that in a lot of the posts here both AM and AFs say that AFs suffer from insecurity, identity crisis, severe lack of self esteem, even self hatred. All I ever see is the snobbery and attitude. Perhaps this is a coping mechanism. They must look down on others in order to feel better about themselves.

I had an AA rommate and all she did was talk on her cell. In fact, she refused to pay for a "normal" phone jack in the apartment.

It's seems kind of mean to stereotype AA women but unfortunately they live up to their stereotypes! Snotty, pretentious, and metrialistic....it's almost as if they have to prove that they're better then everyone else.

I have met quite a few and have found that 90% of them are mean. The other 10% are from my mom's side of the family and so they're nice to me because they have to be :-) But I know that I don't live up to their "standards"....

Yes the cell phones- oh my god, in stores, in restaurants-they leave them out on the table so they can talk through a meal. How rude! I have a cell phone but when I use it I use it outside and speak in a normal or soft tone of voice so the whole street doesn't hear my conversation.

The worst of asian women is cell phones.
What the hell are you always yacking about on the damn cell phones ? Or is it as I suspect your "security blanket" so no one will dare look at you as a "sex object" ? Get real asian women get over yourselves most of you are just average just like every race of people including my own !
p.s. I'd like to rip that damn cell phone right outta your face !

Worst of AA women? BAD MANNERS. SO often I see AA women chewing gum with their MOUTHS OPEN- like cows. This is accompanied by a snotty look on the face. Also, eating with the mouth open, and making smacking noises. Disugsting. Just goes to show that money doesn't buy class.
