Injured Laborer Proves Power of Iron-Crotch Qigong

A Taiwanese laborer who became ill regained his health by practicing a form of qigong that lets male students condition their genitals to hold up hundreds of kilograms.

Yang You-sin had been a manual laborer since his youth. Ten years ago his limbs became sore after work and began to swell. Unable to relieve the pain with medicine, Yang looked into qigong after hearing of its power to improve health. Typically qigong focuses on breath control and meditation as a way to boost vitality.

After meeting Tu Jin-Sheng, the founder of 99 Power Qigong — also known as “iron crotch” or “iron penis” qigong — Yang began studying Tu’s methods. Eventually Yang became such an exceptional student that he was invited to perform in master classes in Indonesia.

Recently Yang demonstrated the results of his training in iron crotch qigong.

By way of warming up Yang used a red cloth to tie several iron disks to his genitals. He then stepped onto two pedestals and crouched down to tie iron stacks weighing 230 kg (506 pounds) to his penis. He stood up slowly, lifting the iron disks off the ground for 30 seconds to the astonishment of his friends.

One practitioner of iron crotch qigong has been videotaped pulling a truck after tying it to his penis.

The practice is also touted as an effective way to enhance sexual prowess, confidence, emotional strength and even cure erectile dysfunction.
