ominic Ng is president of the largest Chinese American commercial bank in the U.S. with 21 branches in California and over $1.3 billion in assets. Before joining EastWest, Ng was president of Seyen Investment, charged with handling the U.S. investment activities of the GT Group, or the Gajah Tunggal Group, a large Indonesian-based conglomerate comprised of over 50 companies of which EastWest is one.      Ng was born in Hong Kong. His parents are from Shanghai. He came to the U.S. to pursue a college education and found his first job at Deloitte & Touche, a Houston-based accounting firm where he was the director in charge of Chinese Business Services. He is currently married to his college sweetheart, and the two of them spend their free time with their one daughter.
