Are AA Women the Real Victims of Prejudice?
sian women get a free ride at the expense of Asian men. That's the received wisdom here in the U.S. This belief appears premised on the suspicion that American society sees Asian women as sexy exotics in need of rescuing from the cold clutches of Asian men who don't know how to smile except evilly.
The real victim?

Credit Hollywood for its tireless casting of Asian women as sexual accessories to white heroes while suppressing the very existence of Asian men except as unsavory paper tigers. Credit too the TV networks that uncover bevies of talking Asian women but rarely their male counterparts.
In fairness this media fantasy of the Asian race was partly inspired by recent history. Devastated and impoverished Asian nations sent tens of thousands of war brides and orphans, followed by several million desperate immigrants willing to hock their identities while toiling to build new lives.
Male-dominated societies toast new women as exotic sexual prospects while suppressing new men as an exploitable lower class or even enemy aliens. The women get all the breaks and the men get all the lumps. Even worse, the women have their heads turned and adopt a scornful attitude toward their own men. So goes the complaint of some AA men.
The women have a different take. Sexual predators bearing insulting stereotypes must be fended off while coping with women who see them as unfair competitors. Add to that the pain of being scorned as sellouts by AA men for no more reason than their apparent welcome by American society. Worst of all, complain AA women, is being begrudged the right to take simple pleasure in their own identities. How much easier just to face straightforward racial prejudice!
Do Asian women really have an easier time in America? Or do they suffer from the double-whammy of insulting stereotypes from non-Asians and unfair persecution from Asian men?

RE; CATERING TO MAJORITY, I believe much of what you describe is true. Especially since you may read many posters in so many different boards believe that these racist caricatures are for pandering to the white majority which as you intelligently uncover as something a lot more sinister. We tend to think of Whites as a whole group but it's not that simple as there are certain groups in control of the vast media in all its outlets; casting directors have this kind of power. They decide who is what in their message. Jews make up only 2% of this country as opposed to Asians 4 1/2% Only 2% and look at the enormous power they wield over the whole world since American culture in general is embraced by most of the world. Much of their effect can be seen in our own racial and gender divide. I'd like to hear more of your thoughts on this and I feel it is extremely important that you share it with as many people as you can. We must define who and what our enemies are and what may be their motivationing. Anyone wishing to brand me as racist will appreciate the fact that I've already begun to isolate the troublemakers from the whole White race in general. Let's get the ball rolling as I've been ranting and raving all over many boards myself and now want to expose who is responsible for all this turmoil.

As someone with a BA and MS in Mathematics who is currently working as an Actuary for a major financial services company, there is some truth as well as some fallacies in your post.
Having been in Math Programs, the dominant gender has been male, with the demographics being mostly Caucasian and Asian. In more recent years, there has been an increase in Females majoring in math and pursuing math related careers, with the bulk of them being either Caucasian or Asian. Other ethnic groups are much more rare, but not by any means nonexistant. Of the Caucasians, it includes both semetic and nonsemetic peoples in good number.
Yeah, a lot of the "unwashed masses" of the White folks can't do math worth a dang. However, as a CASP (Caucasian Anglo Saxon Protestant) male who earned a BA with a double major in Math and Economics, Magn Cum Laude and an MS in Mathematical Statistics, I do resent your stating that my ethnic group is somehow math-handicapped.
Truth to tell, a lot of folks of all ethnic groups have the mental capability to do math in their head, but A LOT choose not to out of either laziness or the perception that doing so makes them "Nerdy." The first case is understandable--even math Whizzes will use calculators in working a complex problem for the sake of time effeciency. The second case is a travesty--Ignornace for the state of having a "not-Nerdy image." Very stupid in my opinion, but it seems to reflect the way Popular Culture wants to view Mathematics and those who demostrate proficiency in it.
It isn't a matter of ability, Researcher, but rather a lack of willingness to develop that ability for ignorant reasons.

Not true. Very few Jewish actors...the top ones are all WASPS with WASPY names..Anniston, cox, Thorne-Smith, Locklear, Roberts, the Gilmore girls, Russel (Felicity), Portman, Pitt, Grant, the folks at Seventh Heaven, including someone known as Mitchell, the Star Wars gang (which is directed by a WASP by the name of Lucas), the Bay Watch Gang: Bridges, Packard, Nolin, Burns, Ledford, Bleeth and others and among newscasters Middle Eastern females who can pass for a WASP, Rudi Bhaktiar, Hala Gorani and others. Jews run the media, but they dare not put many Jews on the screen, because it would not sell. WASP, white, blonde women sell...to the extent that Gilmore girls distorted reality by portraying a Korean girl as stupid and white women as smart. Obviously whites cannot compete with Asians in the real world of math and science, and hence they portray live in a make believe world where the Korean is made to look dumb and whites are made smart. It is like black people making shows in a world where blacks own everything.

Unless I am totally blind, I have not seen one "white" movie where this was not the case. eg. Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts. Everyone in the Best Friends wedding happened to be a WASP.

Give a few examples to back your assertions. Otherwise it is simply a bigoted statement.

Prove your point by giving some examples, just like the ones I gave.

No. They would not make the mistake that Hitler made. The clash is now broader: white vs non-white. There are other races that the aryans would rather see disappear: blacks, asians and dark skinned Hispanics to begin with. Jews are basically white as far as most Aryans are concerned.

You may want to put that question to Rep. Tom DeLay who is the leader of the Israeli Amen corner in the US Congress and in his district he still has all the backing of white racists.

Here they are right. Indeed they are. I would go one step further, but I would rather not say it. Let us face it...Northern Georgia has the highest concentration of KKK members in this country. Most counties are 100% white with a few Hispanics providing transient labor. Let us look at the school achievement. Only 40% of whites graduate from High School in some counties such as Hall and Forsyth. The standards are pretty weak too. I do not see much intelligence there. Yet the media always talks about Inner City Atlanta where 40% of black kids graduate from High School. But, it does not talk about Forsyth or Hall. Why? Because the white audience does not want to see it.

To I share your feelings:
I am a WF that also runs into a lot of AFs that are snobby, conceited, think they're superior. So is it really just a mask to hide insecurities and self-hatred? I mean just yesterday I passed by this AF, with her nose as high in the air as is could possibly go, waving her LV bag, chewing gum with her mouth open, and a superior, bitchy look on her face. This is honestly the impression that most people get of AF's-snobby and conceited. Sorry but it's the truth.
