Are AA Women the Real Victims of Prejudice?
sian women get a free ride at the expense of Asian men. That's the received wisdom here in the U.S. This belief appears premised on the suspicion that American society sees Asian women as sexy exotics in need of rescuing from the cold clutches of Asian men who don't know how to smile except evilly.
The real victim?

Credit Hollywood for its tireless casting of Asian women as sexual accessories to white heroes while suppressing the very existence of Asian men except as unsavory paper tigers. Credit too the TV networks that uncover bevies of talking Asian women but rarely their male counterparts.
In fairness this media fantasy of the Asian race was partly inspired by recent history. Devastated and impoverished Asian nations sent tens of thousands of war brides and orphans, followed by several million desperate immigrants willing to hock their identities while toiling to build new lives.
Male-dominated societies toast new women as exotic sexual prospects while suppressing new men as an exploitable lower class or even enemy aliens. The women get all the breaks and the men get all the lumps. Even worse, the women have their heads turned and adopt a scornful attitude toward their own men. So goes the complaint of some AA men.
The women have a different take. Sexual predators bearing insulting stereotypes must be fended off while coping with women who see them as unfair competitors. Add to that the pain of being scorned as sellouts by AA men for no more reason than their apparent welcome by American society. Worst of all, complain AA women, is being begrudged the right to take simple pleasure in their own identities. How much easier just to face straightforward racial prejudice!
Do Asian women really have an easier time in America? Or do they suffer from the double-whammy of insulting stereotypes from non-Asians and unfair persecution from Asian men?

Concerning your comment about AMs being built like preteens, I have my qualms and concessions about it.
First, the concessions. AMs are indeed generally slimmer than WMs or BMs. We are also smaller on average. (But on the plus side, we don't 'grow sideways', knaw'mean, bro? ;) I'd love to compare my physique with yours when we're both 55. Hehe... I think you'll eventually know what I mean when we both hit middle age.)
Now, although we have smaller frames on average, it doesn't mean that we are weak. I have a funny story to share with you (though you may not find it funny for whatever reason).
I went to my gym yesterday, and I saw a young WM, prob around the same age as me (Early 20s). He was doing a set of incline dumbbell presses (dunno if ya work out, I hope you understand what I'm talking about), with a pair of 40s. He was grunting like a pig. After his set, he stood up to catch his breath and was pacing about with his chest out... I guess he was proud of something? I dunno. Anyway, I started my warm up set on the next bench with a pair of 25s. I did two sets of 15 reps. He was looking at me from behind with his hands on his hips smiling. I could tell because of the mirrors in the gym. When I was done, he smiled at me (I smiled back) and unracked a pair of 50s. He grunted his way through another set. I barely noticed him (I'm really focused at the gym, don't talk much or make eye contact), but when I walked over to the weight rack and grabbed a pair of 70s, the look in his eyes changed in a second from one of smugness to shock and eventually embarrassment. I knocked out 3 sets of 8 reps. As I stood up to catch my breath after my last set, his ass was half way to the water cooler, with his head down. Hehe.... I tell ya, whiteboys have really fragile egos. He avoided me the whole time after that; when I went to the stationary bike after my lifting, he left right away.
What's the point of this rather long story? I've left out the details, which I'll give you now. I'm 5'9" and 165 pounds, but I look like I only weigh about 150 or so, b/c most of my mucles mass is in my thighs (I have legs of an NFL goal kicker... lucky me. =P). People don't notice my lower body much because I wear tracksuit pants to the gym. My upper body isn't as aesthetically impressive, but for some reason, it's unusually sturdy and explosive. The other guy was about 5'11" and looked about 185 or so, judging by his apperance. (Not all in muscle though... he was slightly fleshy. It's my opinion that at least ONE-TENTH of the total mass of most WMs and BMs is fat. If they really trimmed down, they probably wouldn't weigh as much more than AMs as they do with all that excess weight. I'm completely shredded to the bone, btw. 165 pounds with 6.8 percent bodyfat.).
Last Monday, an AF/WM couple who was being totally exhibitionistic with their affection in front of me (obviously on purpose, I think especially on the part of the AF). The white man was about 6 feet, but not too handsome, and the AF was abut 5'3", and not too great either. But they had an annoying smugness about them. But I just ignored that and went on with my workout. When I got to the benchpress, I started to load the bench press bar and then pressed 4 plates (45 pounds each) on my benchpress, they turned quiet and took their hands off each other. Heheh... none of this is intentional, mind you -- people just don't expect me to be strong, and are often shocked by my strength.
So the moral of the story is that although AMs can have smaller frames, they aren't necessarily weaker. I'm living proof. =) I might have sounded corny telling you exactly how much I lift, but I wanted to be specific so I could illustrate my point. I hope you don't think I'm a bitter single Asian guy who's trying to make WMs or AFs look bad. I'm not. I have a Korean girlfriend (I'm Korean too), and am very happy with us. I try not to make a big deal of WMs and AFs together. It's not really my business anyway. But it's just that sometimes certain types of AFs and WMs annoy me a lil'. You fall into that category on occaision, I'm afraid. Sorry.

Non-AM who goes strictly for AF have, believe it or not, "fetish", and like their exotic feature. This exoticness of an Asain women's is however over look. It is really nothing special b/c AM who look at them really don't see anything exotic or speacial about them. They are not impressed with AF's look. They see them everyday. They lived with them as well. No-specialness. AF's spell can't get the AM; [not so impressive] but caught by non-AM. Hmmm.. .. how that happen. Pretty strange!! So [non-AM]is it, the exoticness they like about AF, if so, then that would only make sense that non-AF would also find AM exotic too. This only makes more sense...
But....
TWO QUESTION
1)I wonder if any female is dating AM to get back at non-AM for dating AF. Or is it that, they have true hearts and interest [want] for the AM.
2)And are there any ladies who dates AM b/c they assume that there are limited amt of BM/WM/LM?
if any of the two question above is true, then that makes AM the victims.
Last point; I myself, don't see many AF with non-AM couple. I do see way more AM/AF couples

You ladies are far better. And many guys will be attracted to you. Don't let maxdacat play with your head b/c that's what he's doing. He has issue and problems, so don't make him your problem.
I assume Hank Lewis is a White man married to an AF as well. He sound a bit defensive at people insulting AF. No rocket scientist to figure this out. =)

From what I know is; your offended by those who are putting down AF. And in defense, you'll do what ever it takes to support them, even if it means, turnning the argument around and attack AM and those women in relation with AM. Bottom line is, your jealous. ADMIT IT!!!

You probably feel intimidated that AM/WF couples are growing in numbers. It is why you use this "[AM are built like preteen]" as a counter argument becuase your jealous of AM with WF, right. BE HONEST!!

WF dating AM,
Yes, in all honesty I do find non-AF more attractive. I think they have beautiful eyes; their eyes comes in all colors which is what makes them look more unique and special. They also have natural hair in different color which I find very attractive. Maxdacat, don't know what he's been missing. Lol
And yes it is very true that non-AF also have very strong personality. They voice their opinion and has more leardership skills than AF do. And what I said to Curious 1 in my post earlier was true, that's how I feel about non-asainfemale.
Don't let Maxdacat get to you; you ladies have everything to be proud of. If Maxdacat has "Asain fetish" than that's problem, again I repeat, he just don't know what he's missing. He just don't see the good side of you ladies. B/c he is just wasting his time with an asain fetish. If you go on the AM/WF board you'll see that many AM are attractive to WF. And it is very true the AM/non-AF couples are growing in numbers.
