AA MEN SEEK OUT NON-ASIAN WOMEN

sian women are only interested in non-Asian men and don't give Asian men the time of day. That's the reason cited by many AA men for dating and marrying non-Asians. A minority of AA men say they simply find non-Asian women more physically attractive or more appealing in terms of personality, values and interests. Whatever the reasons, the rates at which young Asian men are dating and marrying non-Asian women are quickly approaching the rates at which Asian women are outdating and outmarrying (about 38%). Some Asian women are complaining that they aren't getting a fair shake because Asian men have been brainwashed by media standards of desirability.
What are the real reasons for so many Asian men seeking out non-Asian women? How do Asian women really feel about this trend? Who benefits most from it? Will the trend continue? We want to hear your views.

What do you have against Asian and Black Women? I have never really known any bitchy Asian Women before, and I have not known any Black Women like that either. I think it might have to do with the people I associate myself with. I only associate with decent behaving people. I keep away from people with rude and nasty attitudes. I choose my friends very wisely. It could be that you are always going around people with the bad behavior. And maybe thats why you feel the way you do.

Ok, now we’re on our third revision of The Disclaimer (We are women that have love and attraction to our husbands...NOT a fetish). Is The Disclaimer now out of the Beta program and ready to be implemented? You still have the opportunity to release Service Packs (women’s right to change their minds on the fly) as you wish. ;)
Smut talk? This is how we talk. It must be cultural differences. So are Asian men full of smut? And behave myself? We have to get to know each other better first. I don’t do that with women I hardly know. ;)

Why is my assessment interesting to you? When you hear an Asian man say “I don’t like Asian women because (fill in the blank)” does it make any sense to you that all Asian women are (fill in the blank)? Some Asian women may be materialistic, but not all. About the only exception I can think of is “I don’t Asian women because they are Asian.” In this case, of course all Asian women are Asian. But of course, no one will admit to that because that’s misogynistic towards Asian women. Likewise, some Asian women do the same to Asian men. It’s a cop-out. Again, it’s the “sound good” reason versus the real reason.
My recent visit to Brazil really opened my eyes. I spent some time in the heart of Sao Paulo on Avenida Paulista. The only Asian-Asian couples I saw there were tourists. Does that mean the gender divide is much greater there? I don’t think so. I don’t think Asians there share the animosity some Asians here do toward fellow Asians of the opposite gender.
If we tag all people who choose to out-date/marry as sellouts, I think we’re committing “kill the innocent as long as we don’t miss the guilty.” I believe the gender divide is an attitude. There are Asians who fully respect other Asians of both genders even though they’re with someone non-Asian. Those who do harbor the negative attitude will not only reveal their beliefs in their choice of their mates, but also in other aspects of their lives – work, friends, jokes, comments, etc.
Let me ask you – does your boyfriend respect Asians, both men and women? Is he a sellout just because he’s dating you?

Who cares what you would rather eat. You really shouldn't assume that all hispanics eat tacos + tomales, and that all blacks eat fried chicken. That is presumptuous of you. Your comment really reflects your true ignorance. You can have your preference true enough. There is no need to put others down in any sense of the word, just to prove your point. Instead of making your point, you have only drawn more attention to your negative side. For instance. Someone may say,"I do not prefer to date french people. I would rather not have french fries nor french toast" Isn't that silly? That is how you sounded too, a bit silly.

There is nothing wrong with brunettes. I am only stating what I have seen. Elizabeth Hurley is a poor example. Pretty yes, but not beautiful. She has spent a good amount of $ on her looks, yes?
Most WF's are brunettes, but the majority of them in America (about 60%) dye their hair blond as they are brainwashed daily by the media that being blond is better.
You have made my own point for me. You can only name a few pictures, because only a *few* pictures exist.
The Dragon and Lover movies are auto/biographical so of course Hollywood would not be altering much with their storylines.
We can say that we won't let the media play a role, but the fact of the matter is that it does.
Subliminal messages are sent to us in daily dosages.
If you're in America, switch on the television and tell me how many beautiful Asian people are represented.
Then, take a look at how many White people you see.
Without the media, there would be no sell-outs.
We'd be dating within our own races.
