Although Blacks were brought to China as slaves it has been proven that the Chinese themselves did not really engage in slavery but rather it was the Arabs who came to China during the Islamic slave trade who themselves enslaved Africans. This is the same for Mexico, although there were Black Africans who were brought as slaves to the new world, it was the Europeans who enslaved them not the natives.

to the morons who generalize and stereotype "mail order brides" here are the facts of our mail order marriage.
1) 8 years of good and growing marriage
2) 2 most gorgeous (inside and out)
children
3) her family has benefitted from my
financial contributions
4) I have benefitted from a new circle
of family and friends.
5) a small business in her homeland which now employs 2 people full time
2 part time.
Sounds like a win, win, win, win, win
situation to me.

SeaJusto: You are right, in a country like America, there are all kinds of people, but Japanese are taught that being different or standing out is wrong. Therefore, you can assume one Japanese person's thoughts are the next Japanese person's thoughts. And anyway, you must be pretty desperate. You are saying you will accept fake behavior, just as long as they aren't mean to you. Do you think these polite Japanese people aren't racist/predjudice? They are definitely the worst.

Azn Sweetie: Your point is well taken, but you have Black men here specifically looking for an Asian mate. Therefore, that is not a "chance meeting" or "just happened" to fall in love. My confusion is why a Black man would set out looking for a specific race of woman who's parents, 9.9999 times out of 10, will react negatively towards him because of his race. Why purposely subject yourself to that? You have to understand that many of these Black men feel very negatively about themselves (like SeaJusto who just wants anyone to like him, no matter if it's fake)and any Asian female, should just understand that the Black man she's dating is most likely the lowest standard of all Black men (just like the White men that they date). Even if he has money, his mentality is generally pretty warped.

Casual Dreamer: You are still a dreamer, even if this Bruce guy is a fake. And, I really do have an open mind: if Asian Honey said her boyfriend was White, I would feel comfortable assuming there could be other reasons, but stating her boyfriend was Black, when it comes to Asian culture, is an immediately signal that racism played a large role in his dismissal.

Furthermore, I would like one Asian person here to honestly state that their family/parents/culture, thinks positively of Blacks and encourages these relationships as they might with Whites. Look, I know, it's a hard pill to swallow for most of the Black men here, but you guys don't care anyway. You have dealt with your White girlfriends parents all these years. Asians are too timid and will only talk behind your back, so that should be encouraging news. Don't give up you Asian Dream on account of me.

First of all, I need to correct the "Blackman from Japan" my wife is not half Asian!! she is full blooded Chinese but born and raised in Scotland..read my post again!

secondly, do i think it's big deal because she is Asian? no, not at all! silly man you are, why should i think so when i was so young! at that age love see no colour!

Although, i've never been to Japan, my wife has a few Japanese friends, so i know the feelings of the vast majority of the Japanese women towards blacks, in fact most of them dates only white!

I met a Young American chap from San Fransisco recently in Convent Garden, he was like wow, i love it here, even though i've been here only a month, in his own words, everyone is so cool, relax and a great deal of beautiful women, black, chinese, japanese, white and indians and beleive me, they all mix!! so its NO BIG DEAL!!

in fact, a recent stats showed that more than 60%of black males in United Kingdom are either married to non black or a living with a non black as a partner!

look around you,the vast majority of Asian women are involved in a relationship with white men! even here in United Kingdom.

Some white men even goes to the extent of going to poor Asian countries like Thailand to sleep with under age Asian girls!! sick assholes!

Just come to China town over here in London, you can count 1000 Asian females out of which probably 7 to 800 are with a white partner and 200 with other Asian men and the rest for blacks or other minorities!

I hope you guys don't have the impression that i dislike my brothers in America, far from it.. I am Black, proud and will die to defend this colour but still have to say my what's on my mind and the truth!

If anyone got the wrong idea about mail order bride services, it is because the media in their area reports it wrong.

until i read casual dreamer's last diatribe, i thought that you could simply send money and a passport and buy women. similar things have been done right? brothels? massage houses?

my point is this, there is alot of power in the words we use.
you all say asian woman but your not thinking about idian women, mountain women, etc. you are talking about chinese, japanese, koreans or islanders.
call them what they are.

I personally like Chinese women.
They have a lovely culture. They are family oriented and alot of other things. I like their language and I like their country.
