Sorry. No where did I state I wanted to be a black man. Just cause I know history of black people in this country and try to expound some knowledge to you others ..... don't get me wrong. People come ( especially other people of color ) to this country not know sh!t about what has been going on between whites & blacks here before we got over here! They have tumultuous relationship that really needs to addressed but apparently folks don't wanna re-hash the past. Same in New Zealand. I was born in Samoa, raised island boy, forever huli-huli-huligan you ain't never gotta doubt that sistah! These people don't know nathan about that.....all they see is a brother. and it's not cause i got dark skin either. Polynesian peeps have a whole in common with the black people of this country cause colonialism is a b!tch and white folks are the same....for centuries.

For the brother trying to call out my polynesian roots, telling me we came from Asia.....don't you know we Samoans came from Manu'a (Samoa). Talaga and Taraga created us in Manu'a ..... and we got to Manu'a by PASSING thru Asia from Hawaiki.

Polynesian peoples passed THROUGH Asia to arrive to the pacific.

ok samoan son, ill leave this topic be, i let you think/wish you were black. Any way to everyone who is arguing/debating this topic with me we will just have to agree to disagree. When i say black people im talking about the african american, im half chinese half filipino, i have quite dark skin because my mother was a one of the natives. I dont go around thinking or calling myself black because i have a bit of dark skin. Actually if i was black id be annoyed that about all these wannabes claiming they are black. Anyway like I said before, were just going to have to agree to disagree.

It seems that recently a large amount of highly sucessful black males are now married to, or dating Asian women.
Here's a few examples : The CEO of Merryl Lynch and the CEO of American express, both black men, are married to Chinese women. These are among the US largest fortune 500 companies. See the recent Business Week magazines about black top executives in America. Also the the Black billionaire Reginald Lewis who owned Beartrice International Foods, was married to an asian woman and she is now a billionaire after he died at the age of 49years.

Some black stars and super athletes are either married to asian women or dating them.

The top New York rap promoter and rap record producer also has a Korean wife who was a model. Also I see many asian women in a lot of black rap videos.

Thats great, because in the past it used to be white blond women, who were the only women, besides other black women, who caught the eyes of these sucessful men. It seems that these sucessful men now know what we on this site always knew, that The Black-Asian combination is the best, when it works.

Here is Another thing that struck me. I was in Jamaica for two weeks recently and I saw many Asian and Black couples at the resort. Most seem to be locals. But the thing that amaze me was that the WOMAN was black and the MEN were Asian, I saw this combination about 8 or 9 times. Anyone has anything to say about these observations? Let us hear your views.
