Very interesting poll. I have always been attracted to asian-american women. However my location is not indicitive of but a few. I am in the process of re-location, and would encourage any asian females seeking a black male (age 48), if interested , are invited to reply to me. Getting back to the poll, it is quite a shock to find out that asian women DO think, that black males would not find them attractive. With the cultural values, long and fascinating history of the Far east, and dynamic unparalleled beauty, no doubt to me, asian women truly irresistible.

I recently went to San Francisco for a business meeting. All of the different divisions of my company also sent people there, including our divisions from Taiwan, Singapore, Shanghai and Japan. I had a wonderful time getting to know these people and going with them to visit some of our company's California locations.

One young lady from Taiwan needed a ride back to her hotel and it was about a 2 hr ride from Napa California back to Palo Alto. I offered to take her back there. We had a wonderful time just talking, I found her to be a very warm, friendly and intelligent person.

Afterwards, she contacted a college friend of hers that lived in the area and we all went to dinner at a great Thai food restaurant in the area. The evening went well and none of us wanted it to end.

We exchanged information and I drove back to San Francisco to my hotel. Over the rest of the weekend I saw several African-American male/Asian female couples.

My company is planning to send me to Japan this summer to help train the new employees at our new facility there. I also plan to visit my new friends in Taiwan, Singapore and the other locations while I am over there. When I eventually return to the states I will try to transfer to one of our California locations.

I think the point of this narrative was to say that I had a brief chance to spend time with some nice Asian people and I know that not everyone dislikes/distrusts African-American men. I saw a glimpse of the kind of life that I want to lead and it inspires me to keep working hard to make it happen because it does exist out there!

I'd like to hear from other people, do you think it's easier to meet Asians at work/school than just in public at a bar somewhere? My thought it's that at work/school they get to see more of you and to see the "real" you, not just the stereotypes. It's not always easy, even in this environment but it is possible. I have hope right now people, and I want to keep hearing positive messages from other people out there!

I am an 36 year old African American Male. I have not yet dated an Asian Female though I find them very attractive.

I would like very much to meet one for some casual to serious dating. I am a well educated,professional in the financial services industy in NYC.
I like to go out to diner, plays, movies etc. If anyone knows a single Asian female looking for someone like me please let me know.

Good for you. There are outstanding examples of the two strong genes of Black and Asian; for example
models Naomi Campble, Tyrone; sports figures like Tiger woods and then there are the musical talents like that korean gal.
All have the athletism and strong bone structure of blacks and the dexterity and sleekness of our asian people. Not to mention the sexy part, which I think you know about, cause you have a baby with one.

I'm married to a black man. We have a handsome 7 month-baby boy.

I'm proud to be married a black man. WHY? Asian and Black, both have a strong blood line. The best mix ever.

I dated a white man once, I have to say that he was more boring than exciting. Once, you taste brown sugar, believe me there ain't no come back! :)
