Hispanics arent even a real race. They claim to have spanish and indian blood. just because these two races mix, theyre gonna' call them a new race of people.Spaniards are white and indians are native americans.some people in latin countries dont have spanish blood. they were colonized and they lost their culture

To the dumb f*** that stated that Salsa is Cuban brought over from Haitian slaves? DUH!! You are one incredible jackass (and not a well read one at that). Salsa originated in Puerto Rico and the term "Salsa" doesn't really exist at all, it was a term coined to market the music. For example, Cubans have Cha-Cha-Cha and Puerto Ricans have "Plena" yet they are lumped together as Salsa. So before you open your mouth next time remember the old saying "It is better to be thought a fool that to open your mouth and prove it." Oh, one more thing, Asian is NOT a race and I never said it was. MONGOLIAN is a race (you should try Anthropology 101) and those are your ancestors buddy (if you're Asian at all, which I highly doubt). As for the dumb fuck comments, it takes one to know one and aside from sounding extremely bitter, you've simply proven to the rest of the world what a pathetic LOSER you truly are.
I'm a mexican college student and even though I date outside my race, I still can't help but feel more attracted to asian males. Just everything..I love the culture, etc...But, it's hard to date asian guys because it seems almost impossible. I've had two seperate incidents involving two different asian males who said they don't feel comfortable dating me. Come on guys! I'm sure alot of you guys don't care, so where are you all hiding?? Where are all the nice asian men??

As a Chinese-Male married to a Spaniard woman (as in from SPAIN) I must be allowed to put my two cents here. As a general rule, most of the Latinas in Cali are Mexican and therefore, are of Indian descent. That's why as one gentleman here pointed out they seem to be square bodied and square-assed. However, that is because of their Indian ancestry. The true Spaniard is beautiful and delicate featured. You can find her with blue or green or brown eyes with the most beautiful porcelaine skin you ever saw. I lived in Spain for 3 years with my wife and never in my life had I seen such beautiful women here in the States. I also found that the differences between different ethnicities of Latinas was astounding. Most Mexican women are dark skinned and don't have the delicate features that European women have. The same goes for most Central American women, unless you find one that was so mixed with European blood, she's much more refined. But as a whole, if you want to find beautiful Latin women, look no further than Spain, or Argentina or Uruguay. Other than that, you can pretty much lump them all up in the "Mestizo" box.

Hey World History 101, "no fucking shit"!!!! Do you think that Asian is a Race....no!!!! Same shit huh? Get off your fucking high horse about your history. You wanna get technical??? "Latins mix or clump more of themselves" For example, all latins take in salsa music and dance and how all latins can dance etc. Salsa is actually from Cuba, brought over by Haitian slaves, it is a folk not a "club" dance. My point, is that we were talking about Asian (a general description) getting with latins/hispanics (a general discription). So don't try to impress us with you "mickey mouse" history knowledge, some us Asians know more latin history than you. Plus, you don't like don't fucking log on!!! Who the fuck asked you to come into to this "Asian site" anyway.

My fiancé and I both live in Boston, when it comes to racism this is the place to be. My fiancé is Chinese and I am a black Hispanic. I never thought I would be dating a Chinese man, but now I know he make my life complete. Both of us are very well off financial and pretty much in touch with our traditions and respect each other's. I have a 10 year old son from an existing marriage, still he loves me. His was father was prejudice when I met him, still my fiancé wasn't letting go. My son's love for my Chinese fiancé developed over time. It was difficult for me, because my beautiful black son is my world. Today my son shares more with my fiancé than he does with me. Life can be cruel, but this trio is very happy in this cruel. Our worst enemies are African-American males who feel he has stolen their "African Queen," but we persevered and show no remorse. There are too many issues to address in this page, but with any decision one must make a sacrifice and take risks. Today we are getting married, because his parents have asked us for grandchildren. In fact, his father purchased my engagement ring as a symbol of his support.
My fiancé and I were attracted to each other for the longest, but he was unsure about how I, as a black female, would feel about him. I made the first move and the rest is history.... Good Luck! --ichapapi@hotmail.com

As a successful and decent looking Los Angeles Asian man, this is my first time on this post. I am attracted to women...Kind, beautiful, ethnic women. Yes, Latin women are beautiful,,but so are Filipinas, African Americans, Polynesians...etc. I must agree with some of the posters that many Latins in Los Angeles hold negative feelings towards Asian Americans. Whatever it may be, I have found it an obstacle when attempting to socialize with Latinas. I lived in Mexico for 4 years (Colonia Xicotencatl and Colonia Libertad), studied Spanish for 4 years in High school and 3 years in college...obviously very fluent. Even this does not smooth out the stereotype and prejudice Latinas have against Asian men. I would invite a serious dialogue on the schism between Latin women and Asian men..I wish it didn't exist. --sand-man1@zdnetonebox.com
