Don't worry OOOQ, I picked him up off waivers in my league and he's GOING to do well. Still adjusting to a new league and hitters.

Who do you guys think is the Asian team with the best chance of reaching Round 2 in the World Cup? I'm not sure but I think Turkey played really well against one of the best teams in the world

S***! why is Chan Ho Park struggling. Man I wasted a high pick in my fantasy lottery draft for nothing.

I remember growing up as a kid, I followed the 1984 Olympics. We all cheered for Li Ning of China. He was the gymnist. We saw him once in the Chinatown, but he was eating at a Mandarin restaurant.

But, even though he was from Guangxi, he spoke Cantonese.

The guy can move as swift as a chimp. We saw footage of his childhood home and he used to practice on trees in his village. Amazing.

Yea what's with Wang Zhizhi doing nothing but shooting threes? The guy's frickin huge, and I never see him do ANYTHING other than act like a seven foot Glen Rice. No dunkin, no tough D, all I see him do on D is flail at guys who drive past him in the paint and on O he runs down the court, and stands behind the 3 pt line and waits for a pass. What the hell! He'd score so much more if he'd just go inside. He's been here about a year now, and he's still got embarressing game. He better get his act together soon or he's goin back to China.

For my money Ichiro is the best leadoff hitter today, but my favorite player is Pedro Martinez. Damn Dodgers didn't recognize a legend when they had him.

As for Yao Ming I really hope the guy can defend better than Wang Zhi Zhi. Wang was getting used by Divac and Pollard in the Mavs-Kings series. I know this probably has more to do with timidity than lack of talent. But he was still getting whooped down there.
Yao should screw the jumper and practice defending until he can defend like Ben Wallace. Wallace is only 6'6. Imagine what Yao could do. The dude's 7'6; he has no business being beyond the elbow of the paint. As good as Yao is I still think the best big man in the draft is Melvin Ely of Fresno State-he's gonna be the next Tim Duncan.
