The Truth, I think you went a little overboard however some of what you say is true. If Jewish people want us "minorities" to be sympathetic to their historical plights they should quit putting down minorities other then themselves in the media. Jewish people DO FACE RACISM but when they make racist statements or skits on television, movies or radio about Latinos, Asians and to some extent African-Americans they are really no better then the people they say oppress them. By the way, the holocaust is old news -we all know how terrible it was and that it should never happen again but GET OVER IT already. It gets annoying hearing about the holocaust every five minutes when it happened decades ago. I mean there were other holocausts for example: Chinese, Native American, Bosnian, Tibetan, etc. and they never really get any coverage by the media. Jewish people are no more important then other people, they are just very effective whiners and I have to agree they DO have a disproportionately large voice in the U.S. media.

You must be making your observations about blacks from an unrepresentative sample, b/c your comments seem to me to be way of base.

Blacks aren't accepting of other races?! What?! Now i'm NOT one of those blacks who says blacks can't be racist, but from my experience, blacks are the MOST accepting of other races b/c we know how it feels to NOT be accepted. [Of course there are exceptions, but they usu. don't like just whites.]

When i speak to my mixed race (black/asian) friends they often say that both sides of the family were oppossed to their parents marriage at first. But then they also say that the black family members got over it as the wedding neared. BUT, the asian family members are STILL carrying a grudge. They take their bigotry out on their grandchildren, often calling them awful names. This is especially true among Koreans. Asians are FAMOUS for disowning their sons or daughters who out-marry. i've NEVER known a black family to do this to their child. Now you tell me who's got the family values?!!!

As for blacks having nothing in common with non-blacks. What?! What do you guys think we are, some other kind of species or something? You need to get your head out of those eugenic books! We are humans just like the rest of the "races." FYI, when i was growing up i had best friends who were white, black, Chinese and Filipino. On the East Coast! Even in college i had Korean friends.

BTW, usually it is the blacks who often "lose their culture" in order to get along with others. The reason the white family brought you cookies is b/c either they are nosey and wanted to find out who these "yellow folks" were next door OR b/c they see you as a model minority (i.e. acceptable). Blacks on the other hand, usu. are no respecter of persons. Most of us don't look down on the poor or worship the upperclass b/c we know eveybody's sh** stinks.

Admit it, you choose not to associate with blacks because you are a classist, elitist, Asian snob.

I really don't want to target one specific group. I think people probably make too much of a big deal about racial differences. You're catching me on the spot here...! be more accepting of people from different cultures.

My name is Hisao and I am Japanese. Your letter remind me of my age of 19 and I thought the same way. Would you change your feeling if black people save your life? Take to hospital? Give you a CPR? I just want to know.
A black perople help me one day and it was so kind. When it happend I was so shock and I had to change my like for them. You are young and you have to live more in life I think. You can't chose your doctor and if he is a black you can't decide about it. Important things is your life, right? I think you will change someday.

Isn't the the only difference between Jews and "regular" Whites just the actual Jewish religion? That has always puzzled me, but I was too afraid to ask before. What do you guys think? To me thet are pretty much White. They come in Blondie/Blues just like Whites. There's a Jewish girl at a Starbucks near my house with naturally red hair & naturally green eyes (she's wearing brown contacts to look more "ethnic" like the rest of her family). Other than Jewish VS Christianity, what's the real differnce?

Regarding Jewish people (orthodox people),

I do also have a few doubts about the Jews when it comes down to see where this country is heading (US).

I talked to a Jewish person in a forum before, and he stated that there is nothing wrong w/ USING (he literally said this) a powerful country like US to secure a piece of land for themselves.

And I asked, "if you are an American, shouldn't you cut your ties w/ Israel and do what's best for America?"

And he responded very simply, saying, "no."

I was quite shocked by his reaction/comments and if all other million orthodox are Jews are like that in the US, I cannot grasp how bad of an effect they will have for this country.

And also:

What is up w/ "Jewish-Only" cr@p? I got turned down at a private Jewish golf club and was quite pissed. The moment I walked in the clubhouse, not only did I get surprising looks, but also looks of contempt and scorn.

What's the difference between a "Jewish only" place and a "white only" place?

I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. this ain't "leave it to beaver". There's a reason that we don't do shit like that all the time in our communities. times have changed, people have changed, and times are dangerous. You must come from a family of idiots to accept "gifts" so readily from strangers. My mother taught me not to do that, but who can say no to a box of Godivas? Also, you aren't a threat to Whites. That's why they "accept" you without prejudice (or so you think). Look at the stereotypes of Asians & Blacks. They see you all as weak computer nerds & they see us as loud barbarians. Who is more likely to kick a Klansman's ass faster? Who is targeted more? Who have they tried to KILL off more? Be real. I'm sure you take American history. It's gotten worse believe it or not? You also said that we are not willing to accept other races. Excuse you, but we have been on here for months trying to say that this isn't true. Many of us Blacks are pissed because some Asians are saying every negative thing they can about Blacks, but they will set up shop in our neighborhoods & take our money. There were some Indians that opened a store in my community & as fast as they came, the fast they left. The only time they'd get business is when my friends or classmates would go to get penny candy (this is back when it was actually a penny!). A black woman & her son started a store & it has lasted ever since. So we can build our own stores if we had the money. I'm lucky to live in a well-to-do Black community & not the ghetto or inner city.
Asian 16, you're a young dumbass. You say that we only care about ourselves, but when one of your people opens a sote in a Black neighborhood, (because the property is cheaper, right?) takes our money, & treats us like crap... what do you call that??? that, darling, sounds like selfishness to me!

The Jews can bag on anyone they want (especially Asians and Latinos) and get away with it because they run the media. You’d have to be a fool if you believed that the Jews do not control the media and our minds (that is if you watch TV and movies, which I seldom do anymore). When anyone in the entertainment business or politics says one negative comment about Jews their careers are quickly dismantled and they personally are labeled as crazy zealots or Nazis by the powerful yet subtle Jewish influence in the US. Their careers are subsequently destroyed while they are black listed forever.

The only people who can bag on Jews are Jews themselves but they put on the kid gloves in these instances like on GE’s/NBC’s Saturday Night Live. Incidentally, our current President George W. Bush (not that I care much for him) is being slaughtered by the Jews in the media because he is not being sympathetic or giving money to Israel in the Middle East. Has anyone seen the show “Bushy?” which pokes fun of Bush on a weekly basis and is made by the creators of Saturday Night Live? In one episode Bush looses his presidency mainly because he did not support Israel and ends up taking odd jobs around major metropolitan cities looking like an idiot. This type of subtle Jewish influencing in America happens all the time.

Also, just a week ago I heard Howard Stern take a call from a listener over his nationally syndicated morning radio show about how Chinese mom's give their kids (young boys) blow-jobs so they will study better and not think about sex. He seemingly tried to convince his listeners that this was true and a common practice amongst Chinese people. I won’t even get into what Michael Savage (another Jewish person who denies their roots) says about Asians and Latinos on a weekly basis during his national afternoon radio show. And you wonder where stereotypes about Asians and Latinos come from?

I am sick of this hypocrisy towards Latinos and Asians by Jews in the media who think they can bash us and then make it look like it is always the “evil white man’s” doing. The Jews are scary because the Jews in the media never admit that they are Jewish and you can’t tell them from regular white people so whites in general look like the perpetrators when in fact this is many times not the case. If you try to call these Jewish media moguls on this, they label you as crazy and go back to promoting their Jewish agendas in America.

Now, I dare any Jewish person to challenge this notion here and now. Defend yourselves if you think this notion is incorrect, otherwise we know that you do not want to be confronted with the ugly truth that you continually try to hide and cover up in the US and across the world! I am not Arabic, Palestinian or a white supremist so forget about those types of rebuttals. I just want this addressed because it really gets to me that more people can’t see this or choose to turn their heads and deny it. I really only want to hear from Jewish respondents on this because they are the only ones who could possibly possess the insight to comment on this.

I said I know someone that owns a liquor store and from that owner, I heard that he won't sell well in white neighborhoods compared to black/mexican ones NOT because whites are racist, but rather blacks & mexicans generally seem to consume more & expensive liquor.

That's coming from a PERSONAL experience of someone who owns a liquor store in the heart of a major US city (ATL).

I forgot what I said but if I flat out said, "blacks and mexicans drink more," I apologize for my stupid mistake.

If you HAPPEN to live near ATLANTA, tell me a city better than Alpharetta which is a rich, predominently white neighborhood w/ one the best public schools in the US(quite a few asians live in Alpharetta too).

Yea there might be "well to do" black cities, but why should we go there when there are better ones?

And plus, "Asian" saying that other Asians are racist and worship whites JUST because they choose white neighborhoods over black ones is totally out of logic.

Nothing personal but blacks are disrespectful of us and all races and they only care about their own race. I think it is absurd to show blacks and asians being friends on TV because it is unrealistic. Just as it is for whites and blacks to be friends, they have absolutely nothing in common. For me or a Caucasian to befriend a black person we would have to dump our own cultural values.

I will just stay with being friends with Caucasians and Asians simply because we have much in common and we trust each other and we are all open minded to each other without prejudices.

And black people (in general) are not willing to except other races, I live in a white neighborhood now and they have excepted me and my family as well as 3 other Asian families and we are very happy together in this neighborhood. When we were new to the neighbohood, They actually brought over fresh baked cookies and another brought over a box of Godiva chocolates for us welcoming us to the neighborhood. And that made us feel really comfortable and welcomed.
What blacks would do that for you? Or even care that you moved in?

I don't hate black people but i have simply chosen now not to associate with them, simply due to them having nothing in common with us and the way they act in general.

Is that so? I'm Australian and I have heard things said like that so often about aboriginals that I became sick of my country somewhat. I hope that you aren't Asian and you moved to America (or a country with Blacks) and decided to feel the way you do. That'd indicate a flaw in your mind, eh? Sure Blacks are different, but since I've become acquainted with them, I find that my friends are extraordinary!!! I guess they're not missing out on not being in your company; heh heh, what makes you think they'd wanna be in your company, eh?

You know what? I don't care who sells me a beer. I also don't care who sells me my groceries, a taco, or anything else for that matter. I don't think about it because I couldn't care less. If a Korean or Chinese opens up a store or business in my neighborhood, which just happens to be heavily Latino, all I care about is if they have what I am looking for and if the beer is cold and the food tastes good.

You know, I live in LA and it's a Korean guy I know who has one of the best taco stands I have ever been to. He also speaks Spanish better than most people I know. I also like Chinese food so I am glad that someone has a Chinese restaurant near my house. So anyways, I don't get what the big deal is. Who says people owe you anything just because they run a business in a your neighborhood? That’s stupid man. I have no idea what people are so hung up about but get over it.
