Your ideas are unrealistic. Two of my good friends Asian (Corean and Vietnamese to be exact) and I hang out with them on a reg. basis. I see other Asians and Blacks associate regularly all the time.

No, you're all prejudice with closed minds. About 75% of my friends are white. We have many things in common and would not tolerate such ignorance.

We would, and have done so for every family who moved in on the block during our residency here as we were welcomed when we moved in. Have you ever lived in a black neighborhood or a neighborhood with black people to allow them the the chance to welcome you?

That's a good name for you b/c you are full of sh**. Anyway, i am not in denial. i am very aware that a disproportionate number of blacks are fatherless or involved with the criminal justice system in some way. i don't make excuses for this nor do i scapegoat racism. these are serious problems that must be addressed.

My point about family values is that blacks will not disown their family members for marrying someone outside the race. Asians do this at the drop of a hat. That's stupid! are you all that insecure?

And to Asian 17: you think NO ONE wants black males? i wouldn't talk if i were you. YOU ASIAN MALES need to do something about the mass exodus of your women. They're leaving you guys like runaway slaves along the underground railroad. They're fleeing you guys like Cubans flee Castro. They're abandoning you guys like East Germans over the Berlin Wall. Had enough? i think you get my point. You guys are losing about half of them to socially inept, fat, balding white men. Why is that? Your own women don't even want you! If i were you, i would ask for some trade restrictions when it comes to the marriage market, b/c asian guys are constantly getting the short end of the stick. You know i'm right, and it makes you SO mad. i know, b/c i've heard asian men whine about it.

One last thing, the MAJORITY of blacks are NOT criminals, thieves, liars, lazy, welfare queens and thugs. [i thought asians were "good at math", but apparently you failed your introductory-level statistics class.] Maybe the majority of blacks that live in a particular neighborhood or a particular city, but not the majority of blacks in America. You are easily manipulated by media images. The media are based in urban centers and consequently, only report on the behavior of urban blacks. What if media were based in Appalachia? What would we think about white people as a whole? That all whites are uneducated, welfare-dependent, dirty inbreds. What if the media were based in massage parlors? What would we think about Asian women? That they're all skanky tricks who will do anything with anyone for a few dollars.

Think on these things. And stop treating black people like one, undifferentiated, monolithic mass of people. i told you already, leave that collectivist nonsense back in Asia.

I live in a pretty upscale neighborhood and know plenty of "high class" black people who are all lovely to me.

And of course, I treat them back w/ my utmost respect.

Some people got me seriously wrong w/ my statements about blacks/mexicans living in ghettos drinking more liquor.

My generalization that blacks/mexicans living in ghettos tend to drink more liquor is not wrong, and is definetly not racist in any ways.

Why? Because I can say that blacks living in ghettos drink more liquor than blacks living in rich neighborhoods, simply because rich blacks have better values.

That whole slum/ghetto problem is something that black people should work on first, rather than crying "racism" everytime.

You ask these rich and succesful black people living in my neighborhood about their stories.

Sure they have faced discrimination, but they have all achieved success through their hardwork.

And I keep on saying this, but that person I know who owns a liquor store TOLD me in a conversation that they would make MUCH more money in ghetto neighborhoods than upscale ones.

It just HAPPENS to be that black/mexicans live in the ghetto neighborhood.

I'm not stereotyping all blacks and mexicans to drink more. "High class" blacks and mexicans certainly would drink much less than the ones living in slums/ghettos.

Some whites like the Asians. These whites have ancestors who recently came to America (in the past 100 years or so), and they sympathize with the immigrant experience. Whites who are descended from the Piligrim Fathers, generally despise the Asians and Asian Americans. There may be very few exceptions. One of my friends who is half white/half Asian and partly descended from the Pilgrim Fathers was denied membership in the Daughters of American Revolution, solely based on the fact that she has impure bloodline (ie., her WASP blood is contaminated with Asian blood), and this despite the fact that she has a WASP name, Laurie Hawkins.

hahahah serves you right! You were refused entry at a Jewish golf club? You got turned down and missed your opportunity to rub elbows with your target community. Don't worry. It won't be your last. There are many more rejections to come. I guess it was Black people's fault, right? We're "poor" and drink too much alcohol so to escape us you had to flee to the seclusion of a white community--only to be dissed by the people you love so much. It won't matter much how many times you feel the sting of discrimination, you'll always forgive them, I'm sure. But when Black people do something to you (even indirectly) you'll take that excuse to crucify them. You'll give the silly examples you gave earlier as to why you'd choose not to live in those areas where Black people are in the hopes that it would gain you better acceptance from the "mainstream". Then, as high as you had hoped to climb the social ladder, someone takes away your "equality" status by lumping you in the same category as the other "minorities" you wanted to AVOID.
That's what you probably can'T live with and it frustrates you.

Just surfed on and I have to say that goldsea.com looks like a miniature Bosnia itself. Maybe it is better that we get all of our true feelings and prejudices out in the open over the net so we won't kill each other in reality. Phew. Too bad no TV shows deal with this because they would be instant hits apparently.

On another topic I think California is the window to our future in America and maybe the world. It's the only place where whites are a minority, the economy is strong, and we have so much interaction between equally affluent Whites, Blacks, Latinos and Asians. Oh well, eventually we will have to get together.
