It's interesting to see how my daughter Helena is changing as she grows. When she was first born, she looked very Asian with the exception of her skin being more pink and fairer than her mother's. Now at 2 months, her hair, cheekbones, mouth and nose look very Asian, while her forhead, eyes and skin tones look more Caucasian. She's picked up an interesting bunch of traits from my wife and I, which we notice more and more each day.

One really good trait is that she has long eyelashes like me. That trait sucks if you are a guy, but on a girl, it looks good. When she's older, she won't have to buy any mascara or eyeliner, and she won't have to use blush to make her cheekbones look higher.

really, do u have to stoop as low as to insult hapa guy's mother??? it's equivocable to little kids yelling "yo mama" on the playground (aka very immature). u said, "I'm not calling your mother ugly...I simply assumed that it is what you think of her since you generalized pure breed Asian women as "unattractive"."

ur excuses and logic really don't validate anything at all. when other ppl (rushluma23 n hapa guy, etc) disagreed with UR opinion, u said that u should b free to state UR opinion. well u r apparently a hypocrite, since u just totally just did what other ppl comdemned u 4. u said asians of 1 race were more beautiful. he said mixed asians r more beautiful. they r opposites sides of the spectrum. if u INSIST that ur statements be tolerated, then HIS statements should be tolerated as well. his mother has nothing to do with it. irrelevance doesnt support any arguement. ur just hurt because he doesn't agree that asians of one race are more beautiful. tough luck. alot of ppl don't. u need to stop shooting other people down for no apparent reason. altho i don't agree with hapa guy completely, i don't go insulting his mother and neither did anyone else.

ur right. now that i think about it, full-blooded isn't so great either (altho it's not as bad as pure-bred). ur point is well taken. i didnt mean to offend u. however, i don't understand ur connection between blood and sexuality. u mean it's sexual if someone says, "i lost alot of blood" ? of course it's ur view. i dont mean to dispute it. sorry if i offended u.

everyone: what's a good unoffensive word for someone who has parents of the same race (not pure bred or full-blooded)?

also, yes, slant eyes can be very beautiful. i dont know why some ppl think only people with big eyes can b attractive.

okay...so if a full asian and a white person has a kid, it will be hapa (50% asian). if a hapa and a white person has a kid, it will be one-quarter asian. what happens when a hapa and a hapa has a kid? everything gets all messed up.
