What you wrote about girlfriends calling their boyfriends "pretty boys" in front of the guys is hilarious. Thanks for sharing. I understand now. I used to say that to my boyfriend (of course, never in front of his friends) and he never liked it. He did not like the phrase "pretty boy." So I never say it anymore, but I still think my guy is the best looking guy in my world. I love him so much.

lol. ur the typical dad. all dads doubt their daughter's suitors. believe me, we dont expect anything less! of course, it is a biased perspective, but your daughter sounds very pretty from ur descriptions.

to hapa guy: i kno two 3/4 asian 1/4 white sister. one looks asian primarily but has faint european features, like freckles (yes i kno some asians have this), wider hips/posterior, and her face has a faint european cast to it. she has green or blue color contacts in her asian eyes, which make her look more white, and black hair. i didnt now she was part caucasian until i found out she had a anglo-saxon last name she's very beautiful. actually, she's one of the most beautiful people i know. her sister is also very pretty, but i think she's a little less so. she looks much more caucasian. u can definitely tell she's caucuasian and asian (at least part japanese). she has medium brown hair (maybe dyed)and brown eyes. they're both EXTREMELY popular, smart, and nice. yes they do look interesting.

to Jay: no i do not kno any hapa girls who hate asian guys. none i kno show disinterest towards hapa guys. acutally, girls i kno of all races like or prefer hapa guys. this one filipino girl says she thinks they r the hottest of all, but i kno what u think of 100% pinays. i am a hapa girl myself and i love asian, white, AND hapa guys! as far as looks, i think hapa guys are on average the hottest (altho all races can be very attractive). every single one (well except this 1 guy) are at least cute, most VERY very hot. uhm, the more asian looking sister (mentioned above) dates asian guys, but i live in a primarily asian city too. the other sister has a hapa boyfriend (who was homecoming king too). as 4 eyelashes, yes nice eyelashes on both sexes r good. i prefer them long and thick (not too thick). i myself have long full black eyelashes (gift from caucasian and asian [for blackness]sides). it sounds like u do too. eh short eyelashes r ok. it depends. they're not exactyl the most important feature u kno?

As for the hapa guy's mother ...
ME did not call her ugly!!!!!!!! He gladly volunteered that information himself...
I find it ironic that you didn't take offense to the fact that HE actually insulted YOUR mother by saying that all Pure Asian women are "Unattractive".
Besides...
Unless you ARE his mother...I don't see why you would be offended even if I did call her ugly...

i'm not sure who look better, hapa or all asian...but well...i think the most beautiful asian is more attractive to me than the most beautiful hapa...for example, KIm Hee SUn(korean actress) is better looking than kristen kreuk, or tia carerra. she just win the votes in mostbeautifulwoman.com,...and kristen kreuk run second. there are many other asian actress who are gorgeous. i think hapa women are very beautiful but when it comes to celebs, i think i prefer the hot asian stars to the hot hapas celebs.

Here is my opinion: there are beautiful people in all races. honestly i think hapas just look as good as asians. i don't think in general they look better.

1/4 caucasian and 3/4 asian? Hmmmm.........I do have one example.You can go to the MAlaysian modeling website ( www.andrewsmodels.com/femalemodels/panasian01.htm ) and search for the name Elaine Daly. She's a famous model in Malaysia and she's 1/4 Caucasian and 3/4 Asian.

This feature is something I've learned to live with. My wife appreciates it, so I don't trim them (it does no good--they grow back!!!) I am glad that my daughter has picked up that trait from me, but at the same time I think she's going to be a heartbreaker when she's older.

Time to buy a gun (WITHOUT BULLETS) to "clean" anytime a boy comes over... (Just joking!)

As for eyelashes, it's often desirable for both males and females to have nice eyelashes... but they have to be nice-looking ones too... cuz some ppl got funky looking ones. Let me tell ya, alot of Asian girls LOVE hapa guys with nice long-eyelashes. I definitely like my hapa honeys to have long eye-lashes too. Short ones are kind of a turn-off... if they're really short, that is.
