to malaysian-eurasian gal18: yeah plastic surgery is also a principle. it's like how u can't be alittle bit pregnant. u r either are or arent. u changed yourself or u didnt. whoa ur trilingualness is very impressive. r u fluent in all of them? i'm only bilingual plus a little knowledge of spanish. yeah i wanna be fluent in spanish and french someday. that's my goal.

Let me reiterate myself....SLOWLY for your sake:

Asian women back in Asia are not attracted to hapa males!!!!! I do not know how it is in South Asia ...but what I said is true of East Asia.
In the East Asian mentality...we value light light white skin(not pinkish like caucasians.) Besides...hapa males...in reiteration...are short in general. You know it.

Please do not flatter yourself. I do not mind arrogance....however...I do mind it when it comes from people that have nothing to be arrogant of.

Um...yeah..I bet there are Asian girls that likes hapas...it is just not very likely...at least for East Asians like my dear self. I mean... I love Asian guys because they are HOT HOT...
When I like Caucasian features...I would simply date a White guy. No point in settling somewhere in between.
Besides...most hapa guys know slim to none about their ethnic culture...so...a white guy would perhaps have even more appreciation for my culture. I find my Caucasian ex-boyfriends to be more respectful towards my culture than what I am hearing from hapa guys on this poll...which is very sad. Please do not bring your indentity issues onto this forum.

Besides...those Asian girls whom you mentioned that likes you just because you are hapa.... they are most likely skanks. It is not that big of a deal.

A real respectable Asian woman will like guys with no preferences for race... but rather for the charater of the person.

Undeserved arrogance is not on the top of my list of impressive characteristics in a guy.

and you are right, race should not be a factor but the world is too race-consious. in an IR relationship just as long as you get along and are happy that's all that really matters.

some people are just too harsh on koreans doing surgery. a lot of whites pass surgery and they are rarely criticized. in fact, most hollywood stars must have had something dome, be it major or minor.truth is koreans change their eyes more than nose. however i don't think it make them look better. just compare chae rim old pics w/ her recent ones. she looked way cuter before having her eyes and nose done.

Hapa: hm...personality wise i don't think i would be attracted to a guy like you. end of the story.

nah this all real. i guess we're all pretty unique. actually i asked my dad n he knows 12 languages. pretty impressive. i dont speak any tagalog, but my relatives do. i speak a little spanish, because my dad taught me some n i take it at school. Como esta? i'm only like spanish 3 level. yeaH the funniest thing is that i barely knew canto n fukinese were diff dialects until like a year ago.. i can completely understand fukinese, but i have to concentrate to speak it. i kinda mix them up anyhow. i'm one of a kind. u don't find hapas like me anywhere. alot of them don't keep in touch w/ their culture, but i think it's really really important. yeah my dad knows japanese too. he actually taught english in japan. yes i have one adorable hapa cousin! only one and he's a boy (too bad 4 u) and 2 yrs old. he looks caucasian mainly. he doesnt speak anything but english, but understands a little canto/fukinese. his white mom doesnt know canto, and his chinese dad speaks to him only in english most of the time. it's hard when one parent doesnt understand the native language. we try our best to speak to him in canto n fukinese when we see him. he'll prob grow up to understand n mayb speak just a lil cuz we see him alot. um my cousin's cousin is hapa. she's around 13. my chinese aunt married a canadian guy, but they don't have any kids. sorry no hapas 4 u here! btw how old r u anyway? what nationality are ur parents?

Yeah, whether it's minor or major plastic surgery, it's still plastic surgery. Yes, it changes a person's image. Even alittle job on the nose or face lift or whatever, can change the way you look.

YOu are right, Malaysian hapas do look Malaysians coz they are Malaysians!!! Anyhow, whether you like it or not, most Malaysians are mixed nowadays and sometimes I find it hard to differenciate the Malays from the Chinese coz most Malays I met are fair and most of them look hapa.

I speak a few Asian language. Malay and Chinese and some chinese dialects too since I was brought up in Malaysia and my entire family speak three languages at home dad included).We do that on regular basis. I'm wanna learn Japanese and French too.Maybe someday.

It's obvious that a fair number of Asian FOBs on this board are fairly ignorant about hapas.
Lets just say at least 95% of Asian girls I meet on the mainland develop a liking towards hapa males after they meet me.
Makes me feel a bit sorry for their bfs or hubbies (may he be Asian, White, or Hispanic).
Can’t deny it… most Asian women are especially attracted to hapa males once they get to know us better (at least the non-whitewashed hapa guys, that is).
