WHAT YOU SAY

God, stop with the street gang nonsense already. It makes us as Asian-Americans look stupid. Gangs are a load of crap, only F.O.B.s and little kids look up to them, worry about them or even talk about them. Affluent people don't even think of gangs because Asian gangs in the U.S. are scared shitless of the F.B.I. Are you a dope or something?
Wa Ching and Toi San Jai are both a bunch of crap -THEY ARE NOTHING! You are an even bigger nothing by bragging about them. The Bay Area does produce some weak minded individuals, you are living proof. hehehe. You're just a little kid, aren't you? Grow up!

"Never Heard of toi san jai in my life..where u be at toi san jai? or u be too gangsta too talk eh..?stop talkin about wah ching like u know any gangstaz..stop hattin la cuz when u never been there..if u been to la and hattin..move to ny and see if its better.."
Haha... this is too funny. I've never been to LA, huh? Everything I stated about Wah Ching is just the facts. They were formed in San Francisco in the 60's. Any true Wah Ching would know that. Toi San Jai and Jackson Street Boys took over when Wah Ching got kicked out of the Bay. They became too weak after their war with Wo Hop To. That's why they only have control over LA now.

I am so glad that I left Silicon Valley. The whole place is depressing and just looks so run down. I was beginning to wonder how my husband and I would ever afford to raise a family up there. We finally got the heck out. I have never been happier, the Bay was like a nightmare that I could not wake up from.
The weather here in LA is nice and the people are very friendly. I'll be sure to watch out for all this violence being talked about although I have not seen anything here that is different from Nor Cal. Leaving the Bay was the best move we could have ever made. There are more job opportunities here in LA than in the Bay Area. I had always thought it to be the other way around and don't know why we waited so long to move. If you are thinking about moving, just do it because you will never regret it.

Los Angeles and Southern California have one of the highest rates of 'hate crimes' in the United States. So much for diversity and tolerance. Have fun AHN-HE-LEE-NOSE.

Asian couple, you are darned right. Way too much young asians in LA self destructive towards their race and others with this b.s. gangster crap.
Baybee, I too have tasted both worlds and I agree with your post except for saying that social life in LA is much better. To me LA is pretty much balkanized in spite of its false multicultural image (none of the races actually intermingle much and constantly fight each other, something the local El-Lay newspapers conveniently ignore). I never had Black friends until I moved up to the Bay Area.
To live in LA is to die in LA!
