I am Japanese and I had my eyes and nose done. I know a lot of girls have their face done in Japan. I paid $1500 for eyes and $2500 for nose

Hi MT,
I will definitely let you know on how my consultation goes. It will be on July 16th, coming up pretty soon! I'll be going to Toronto on July 15th, can't wait! I think that most doctors have the computer imaging and can show you what you can expect after your surgery. I think also he will ask you for your complete medical history. I'm sure there's more to it but i'll post it here when I go for the consultation.
You can also check out my webpage i made lastnight.

Is it true that a lot of Japanese people get their noses and other facial features done? it seems to me as if they do. THeir noses don't look real.

Strawberry,
I agree with you. I like the eyelid crease on the girl in Middleton's first example, they're beautiful.
I saw Middleton's price list and he charges a lot for nose jobs ($6000). Dr. Stubbs only charges about $4000 for a primary rhinoplasty, and he practises in snobby ;)Yorkville. Other surgeons usually charge from $3000-$4000.
Oh, can you tell me what goes on during the consultation with the surgeon? Does he measure your whole face? Figure out how well certain facial features suit you?
Thanks

MT,
I also emailed Dr. Wong before too and he has never emailed me back. I guess it was just my luck with them. I thought that the eyelids done shown on his website were okay. I really fell in love with the picture of the eyelids done on the first girl in Middletons website. I can't believe it will only be about 2 months before i get it done. I am really excited!
I will definitely post my results when i get it done.
I like the type of crease that is not attached to the inner part of my eyes but is parallel above my eyes. My sister's friend wants to do her eyes too but she is scared to. She's gonna wait to see my results before she does hers. I don't mind being the guinea pig.

Hi Strawberry!
It's too bad we both don't know anyone who has surgery done by Dr. Joseph Wong. He appeals to me because he does specialize in asian facial cosmetic surgery esp. in Asian eyelids and noses. What did you think of his work on his website?
But if you end up really happy with Dr. Middleton's work well I guess I'd have to see both doctors to see which one suits me best.
Oh yes, I do have creases on my eyelids but they're pretty shallow, I'd like them wider and deeper but I don't want a dramatic change for my eyes-- only for my nose. I know a lot of Asians want a higher nose bridge but honestly, I have always wanted a lower nose bridge and a flatter nose. I guess we only want what we don't have!

P.S: I have e-mailed Dr. Wong several times with questions and he has answered all of them politely and nicely so maybe just his secretary is rude.

Hi MT
Your post kinda worried about about Middleton but my sister's experience was very good. She said that he was patient and very helpful. I don't know anyone who has gone to Joseph wong but i agree that he probrably has done way more asian faces. Did you know there is an Asian Eyelid Center in California? It's founded by a plastic surgeon named Dr. chen. It is specifically focused on asian eyelid surgery...wish there was one in toronto, i'd go there for sure. I am just hoping that when i go there for my consultation that there will be numerous photos of asian eyes that he's done.
Oh my sister's nose was not totally a dramatic change. Her nose was narrow but the bridge was not very high. She had her nose bridge made higher and the tip more pointed...It looks very nice. Have you seen his website yet?
Have you heard of anymore asian surgeons in toronto? I want to check out some more websites even though i already have my consultation booked.
By the way, how does your eyes look like?
And are you wanting to do your nose more or your eyes?
