I forgot to add that I need eye makeup tips for creaseless eyes. For some reason, whenever I use eye makeup, my eyes seem puffier or it just doesn't look right. Are there any tricks to use mascara and eyeliner so that my creaseless eyes will look more defined?

To Makeup Advice,
First I put some Mac Yogurt eyeshadow on my eyelids. Then I put a dark brown eyeliner on the crease and a little above it since i have small eyelids. Then I put a reddish brown lipliner right over the eyeliner i just put on. Then i reapply the dark brown eyeliner on it. (What a hassle huh?) Then I curl my eyelashes with an eyelash curler. Apply two coats of black mascara on the top lashes only. And a little mascara on the center bottom lashes making sure i get the tips of it especially to give it the elongated eyelashes look. Then i wait about half a minute and recurl the top lashes...and voila i'm done.
I've been putting on eyeliner since i was 13 and this is the technique that i've perfected for myself that i like.
It only takes about 5 minutes to do but i'd much rather not have to do it.
Well, my website that you can see me is

That was my eyeliner tip. Hope you try it and tell me what you think.

Strawberry,
In your post you said you felt happy the way you looked with your makeup on. Could you give some tips on how you do your eye makeup? What do you do to enhance and define your eyes?

To those who oppose asians doing plastic surgery,
Why is a person who wants to have eyelid surgery and is asian automatically assumed that they want to be white? Are whites the only people with double eyelids? If you look around you, you'll see that they are not the only people that possess the double eyelid. There are asians that are born with it too. When people put eyeliner and mascara on why do they put it on for? To open up their eyes more, widen it, make them appear to be more awake, that applies to all nationalities. So what is wrong when an asian wants to enhance their eyes by plastic surgery? Eyelid blepharoplasty is the most popular surgery amongst all people including whites. So why when an asian decides they would like to enhance their eyes too they are seen as fake and unproud of their nationality? My mom has double eyelids and my sister too. What if i want to have a wider eye look like them? They are not white, they are asian. There are many asians that have natural double eyelids and some who don't. Maybe i personally find the double eyelid on asians look very pretty and would like one too. Stop thinking like the past when only westerners were seen as beautiful. Asians are beautiful too and they have the right to do any surgeries they think will make them happier, just like other people of other races do.
I do have a small crease but would like the crease a little bigger, is that a crime cause i'm asian?
I am 100% asian and married to a 100% asian man. My choice to do surgery is definitely not cause i want to appear white.
Before i was married i found asian men with or without double eyelids to be attractive. That was never a deciding factor if i would date them or not. It is just something i personally want to do to my own eyes.

<<<...cause ignorant white folks to think that Asians like me who have naturally double lidded eyes have done surgery to get a so called 'white' look...>>
Yes! also applies to other features too. all the talk about asian and surgery makes people think that there are no shapely asian women without surgery. God, so NOT true. Natural voluptuous asian women exist and they are accused of surgery often. or they're accused of surgery & doing it to "look white." the surgery accusation is ridiculous. And so is the one about looking white. most white females aren't voluptuous. that's just tv. and mostly whites are the ones who get eye lid surgery and implants. (hope i didn't offend anyone) sorry.

my God... from some of the posts here it seems like all asian people don't have double lids. What's this about plastic surgery and 'white is right'? People like you cause ignorant white folks to think that Asians like me who have naturally double lidded eyes have done surgery to get a so called 'white' look - totally untrue. How about this, a huge, maybe half or maybe even more, number of Asian people I've known and met have natural double lids. Have you people ever watched japanese anime cartoons? You think those anime characters all have white looking eyes? I don't think so. I have eyes like that naturally and don't need surgery to attain that. By the way I think my asian bros and sisters out there who have single lids are cool the way they are. Anything else is just FAKE. Cosmetic surgery is for those who cannot move beyond their desire for an otherwise seemingly unattainable superficial look. I know and seen plenty of sexy asian people who have single lids and double lids. I think there is an almost equal ratio that exists among the Asian population between single and double lidded people.

I might not have perfect facial features, but I am proud to say that I don't hate them and would never consider cosmetic surgery. I use makeup to enhance my features, but I still like my face just fine without makeup. I think it's pathetic that so many of you can't leave the house without wearing eyeliner or you won't feel confident, or that you think that getting your eyes done to look bigger is some magic confidence builder. What if you get it done and then you still aren't happy with the way you look? What if you're never happy?
