Bollywood Stars Model for Lakme Fashion Week

Unlike in the U.S. and Europe where top actresses rarely work as runway models, India’s top stars turned out to model at Lakme Fashion Week. Among them were Sushmita Sen, Deepika Padukone, Sameera Reddy and Lara Dutta.

Lakme Fashion Week for Spring/Summer was held at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai from September 18 through 22. It is a joint production of Lakme, India’s biggest cosmetics and beauty brand, and IMG Fashion.
